  Loved the place… They’ve created a great cozy atmosphere with urban design and ambient music but most importantly with the people working there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even between the crew working there was a cool vibe. There is free Wi-Fi and a complimentary drink that you can have at the bar while waiting. Either make an appointment through their website or just walk in and wait a bit at the bar area. I had Laura cutting my hair and she did a great job.

  I been coming here for the past 2 years, never had a bad experience until yesterday, Roger was my barber and this is the worst mid fade ive ever received. Waste of $40 , Do yourself a favor & go to Born Barbers in Brickell if you want a real fade .

Once finished, I was welcomed into my first experience of ordering a custom suit and was I pleased! My suit stylist (and owner of the business), Christian, was beyond pleasant and professional. He spoke to me about things I’ve never known but could tell this was my first time and eagerly explained everything in detail about each step to ensure I understood the information he was going over. In the end, I was gifted with a luxury experience and will gladly await the build of my first custom suit. Not only was the service excellent, but the product itself will undoubtedly be of high quality and cannot wait to see how everything turns out. Call me a forever client Jaxson Maximus.   I tried to make an appointment online to have a haircut. When I came to the salon the receptionist was super rude from the beginning. She said that she did not see my name and that I had so appointment. The salon was empty, she could a least check if the hairdresser was available or try to help me to make an appointment; instead she preferred to be rude and almost asked me to leave. I said that I just wanted to check that I would not be charged, she almost yelled saying that had no appointment. It’s the first time this happened here. I’ve been other times and everyone was super nice. Today I’ll go to another salon and pay half of the price. Another day I may give them a second chance since my other experiences were nice.
