I really enjoy Peter’s cuts he is professional and he cares about his work. a month agoThis shop usually has a pretty good timeframe and the times on the check in online are pretty accurate. Today, Aug 15 was a mess. The check in online told me to be at store at 5:09pm. As of me writing this I am still waiting and I was second on board. And to top it off, one stylist took a lunch with 11 people on the board. This may make me not want to use the store again but knowing that school is starting you should try and schedule a few more stylists so there isn’t over an hour late especially after the online said to be in store at a specific time. And, also please teach some the stylists to communicate how it is going to go while waiting. It would help.3 months agoMy stylist, Sabrina, is a real professional. She gave me an amazing cut. It was exactly what I wanted. While she was giving me my cut, the other stylist working around her made comments about her technique and extensive experience and professionalism. Vanessa took the extra time to make sure I experienced all the advantages of asking for a VIP hair cut.6 months agoTruly deserves a “0” star review based off my son’s haircut.My 8 year old son went here yesterday and the girl did a horrible job cutting his hair. She cut his hair soo quickly. She styled it before checking with my husband on how it looked to cover up the crappie haircut. Once getting him home and washing his hair we could notice. The sides are faded way to high up, if you can even really call it a fade. The right side wasn’t even straight, it tapered longer to the front from the back. The back looked as if she stuck his head in a blender to cut it, there was nothing even about it.
Thank goodness he doesn’t have pictures anytime soon. Because of this experience we will never bring him back here or recommend here to anyone.

ALEX ACTED LIKE SHE COULDN’T SPEAK ENGLISH AND WOULDN’T IDENTIFY THE BUSINESS, SHE THEN PLACED THE PHONE ON THE COUNTER AND WALKED AWAY FROM THE PHONE.
