  I just got the best haircut of my life here. Yes, I spent $70, but you’re getting what you pay for. With a complimentary beer, I got the exact haircut I wanted (the barbers ask clarifying questions to make sure you get what you came in for), plus a shampoo with scalp massage, hot towel treatment, and back massage. This is the most relaxing and chillest place you could ever get your hair cut.

  Regina did such a fantastic job. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how good my beard and shaved head look. Self confidence can be hard to come by but she certainly gave mine a shot in the arm. Thank you so much! It is important to treat yourself every now again. A nice hot towel massage and shave will have you feeling reinvigorated. Be like Shaq and pamper your skin!

  I’ve been going to Cloak and Dagger for about a year now and I can say it’s the best barber shop to get your haircut. When you walk in you’re greeted by an amazing front desk offering any sorts of beverage. Then when you are about to get your service you can relax at a very nice and comfortable couch area, and get to know your barber a little by just connecting with them. I HIGHLY recommend going to Cloak and Dagger. Special shout-out to Brett Mcanney, I went into cloak and dagger for the first time and he was super friendly. Whatever you ask for he will deliver. I had state cup finals a week after my first cut and I have to say I looked good in all the pictures. If I had to recommend someone, it’s 200% Brett.

  Mid morning walk-in on a Wednesday. Only a ten minute wait. Everyone was professional and inviting.

  Brother hadn’t had a trim or shave in FOUR months. Thank you Savannah for being so considerate and patient with him (post stroke) AND for giving him a much needed clean up. He looks great and I know he feels so much better. I appreciate the energy you gave off as he has been trying not to be “any trouble” to anyone.

  Atmosphere was comfortable enough that I didn’t mind waiting while he had his cut.

  Made an appointment at 9 when they open, arrived at nine and noticed the open sign wasn’t on and the lights were off inside. Waiting because I assumed they were running late. Then I notice someone walking in 15 minutes later and turned on the open sign on so I walked in, apparently there was someone in there just doing a terrible job at opening the shop. So I walked in immediately and this Chelsea girl that was supposed to be my 9 am barber told me she couldn’t take me, I told her about the open sign being off and how it seemed like nobody was here. She proceeded to blame me instead of taking responsibility and taking me in since it was her mistake. Thanks for wasting my time. Don’t come here, these people aren’t professional.

  Maggie gave me my favorite haircut of all time! I asked for a European rugby player mullet and that’s exactly what she gave me. We all know how hard it is to find a barber we can trust and keep coming back to. I definitely recommend Heritage to all the bois!!

  The person didn’t understand “take about half off the sides, and about a quarter off the top.” They kept repeating phrases back to me that didn’t mean the same thing. I should have trusted my instincts and left without a cut. The cut I got was uneven and had none taken off the top at all. I didn’t bring up the issues there because I didn’t trust them to fix it. Going somewhere else tomorrow to see if they can fix it.
