  Been going to get my haircut from Mike for a while now and he does a great job every time. I’ve received multiple compliments on my haircuts and they are great for formal events as well as everyday. Would recommend getting your haircut from him!

  I am so disappointed and regret that I brought my 9 yo son to this barbershop. This was a long-awaited haircut. I showed a picture to Mike what we would like to have as a result but he barely looked at it. Instead of the more classic style, we wanted, my son got the absolute opposite. Plus my son’s ear was cut a little. I believe this is totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I am sorry I didn’t read the previous review here because our visit turned out to be the same bad experience. Mike didn’t take any payment from us but it’s not a question of money. We can not fix it at least till the end of the summer. The hair is very short. I do not recommend this barbershop to anyone.

  Michael Coronella did an amazing job on my little boy. We went in because he needed a shape up for the new school year. Incredible atmosphere, amazing people and even my dog loved their treats. I’ll definitely be going back to Michael again he’s a great barber and would highly recommend him!

  My son recently went to Z’s and got an excellent haircut from Mike. Another barber had tried to cut is very wavy hair and did such an awful job. I took him to Z’s to see if they could fix it and Mike did an amazing job with what he had to work with. Will definitely be taking my son there again.

  MIKE IS THE MAN!! My friend got his hair trashed from a hair salon and walking in to this shop was the best decision we could’ve made. My friend and I were astonished at how great his hair looked after Mike was done with the cut. Later, Mike was explaining to us how he cuts and treats the layers of hair. You could tell he was really passionate about his craft. •11/10 experience •would definitely recommend to a friend in need of a great cut

  I’ve been going to Tweed for a decade now and took my son today for his first ever big boy haircut. Stone is the man and took great care of my son. He’s only four years old and usually a little scared of scissors and clippers but didn’t flinch once since Stone made sure he explained what he was doing. As always, a top notch experience!

  Good cut at reasonable prices. Cash only tipping so don’t forget to bring cash. Lots of different barbers so usually easy to book online and find a time that works for you. Friendly staff and good barber cuts.

  I’ve told Tarik his is the best cut in town; he deserves saying it here. His attention to detail is unmatched. No disrespect to any of the other barbers at Tweed, I’m sure they’re great too, but I’ve never felt so relaxed in a chair as when the work is in Tarik’s hands.

  I do not recommend this shop. I had a beard trim there and my beard was left uneven and patchy. Haircut was ok, but not worth the damage done to my beard. Will not be back.

  I’ve gone to Maleena over at Barbershop Lounge a few times now, and have received a number of compliments on her work each time. Good location, easy to make appointments, excellent work. Yeah, the price is high; the place is on Newbury in the Back Bay, so is every place around here, but having tried a couple other barbers in the area, I would definitely recommend Barbershop Lounge as the top choice in the area.
