a week agoBarber on 24th is the spot to get a fresh cut, line up, beard trim or whatever you need! It’s always a positive vibe when I walk in and all the barbers are very welcoming. Make sure you go see my guy Ali, he’s been cutting my hair for over a year now and he never disappoints!a month agoExcellent service and one of best Barber shops I have used over the year. I used to live in the neighborhood 14 years ago and my son and I used to go here all the time. We moved to the Bay Area and it tools us years to find a similar barber shop. Moved back to the neighborhood couple of years and was thrilled to find that Barber on 24th was still thriving. My son lives in NYC but still makes it a point to get his haircut here every time he is home and needs one.5 months agoJessa is the best! Moved to Philly 2 years ago and went through a bunch of barbers before I found Jessa a year later :). She’s listens as well as she converses. Hard to find a good fade and she’s getting better every day! Hope you give her a shot and love the hour spent with her! The vibe in the shop is welcoming and cool. Enjoy your cut!!!6 months agoI’ve been getting a cut from Israel (Iz) for many years now. I’ve been getting cuts in the city for over 25 years and he has been the most consistent barber I’ve ever had. He is consistently on time, provides the most consistent haircut and is always finished in the allotted time without harming the quality of his work. I cannot emphasize how great of a barber he is. Most recently I’ve started bringing my 3 year son here and it’s been an amazing experience. He gets excited to get his cut every few weeks. Nick and Jessa have been giving him cuts and they are so patient with him but separately they are providing quality children haircuts for my son. He loves them both and I thank them for taking such good care of my young one. Overall a great place for anyone.6 months agoWhen I lived in Philadelphia, this was THE barbershop to go to. Jessa was absolutely fantastic, always super nice and friendly even when I didn’t have much to talk about. She always did an AMAZING job and I never left unhappy. She truly loves her clients and shows it in her work and always makes sure you’re happy before you get up from the chair. Never once have I felt uncomfortable or felt that she wasn’t able to handle my hair. Truly an amazing stylist and I will miss her. Someone give this woman a raise!

3 months agoLocation is convenient, appointment availability is good. Haircut – not so good. I told the gentleman who cut my hair I was getting ready for my wedding, was looking for a clean up and to blend my layers. I thought there would be a lot more care and attention to detail that went into my cut, but he really rushed it and because of that I got a bad haircut. $40 (plus 20% tip) for a 10 minute experience reminiscent of a scene out of Edward Scissor Hands. It was nice of him to offer me a neck touch up the day before my wedding, but I will not be returning. I have to get my haircut at a different barber to fix the rush job.a month agoFantastic haircut and shave. Avi was a true professional. Was in town visiting and they got me right in. I would suggest setting an appointment. I would be a regular if I lived in Philly!3 years agoLove this barbershop – I make the drive in from the suburbs and it’s worth the drive. Parking not great but I can usually find s spot on the street. My barber is vicki and she’s consistently good and attentive. Prices are $30 for men’s cuts.5 months agoThe guy was super nice….. But when I got home and looked at cut it was a disaster. Do not go here if you want something professional. My daughter could do better. Kind of ducked up my interview. Roman and Avi are fantastic. . I will continue to get my haircuts from there. Whether you consistently get the same cut, or you’d like to change up your style from time to time, they got you covered. I started getting my haircut here in 2003 and I still come here today with now my family. My two sons and my daughter. Yes my daughter. Tim and the team do a great job providing a solid haircut every single time. As a health care provider, I can assure you I have felt completely safe throughout the pandemic as they are doing temp checks, wiping down the equipment between clients, and have barriers up between each chair. Have never had a bad experience or haircut and would recommend to anyone.
