If you’re looking to get cleaned up nicely this is the place great atmosphere and always offered a drink when you wait. in the last weekI have been going there for a few year’s now but Idk if I can risk going back there again. Most the worker’s are pretty decent but this is the second time in the last couple month’s that a different lady really butchered my hair. She did a absolutely horrible job and my family was laughing at me when they seen it my parents that are almost blind said they could of done a better job. The lady had really rushed through it and maybe spent 10 minutes that was the fastest hair cut I’ve ever had and she really did a very horrible job. I was so in shock and litterly in tears when I walked out I had paid $30 to look like a ? and now I have to wear a ? to hide my horrible hair cut. I was scared but went back the next day and luckly Dee Dee do her best to fix it and that wasn’t easy to do. She didn’t want any money but I insisted for her to please take my tip I was so happy to not have to be stuck wearing a ?, thanks Dee Dee ?.3 months agoApparently walk-ins are never welcome. I’ve tried to get my haircut multiple times in the last 4 months and unless I have an appointment I get turned away. I was going to give my business to “Chloe” since she has been the only person that I have seen there consistently over all of these years….since “Lina” is no longer there. Chloe lied out of “racisim” and “ignorance” and said…..oh, my clippers aren’t sharp, so I won’t be able to help you.” Then took some other “caucasian” guy. How are you a barber and don’t have sharp clippers?….
Clown ? , I was just trusting that you knew what you were doing since you have been there the longest.
The girl in the front Right side chair, don’t know if she is the new manager or not also had an issue telling people that I was choosing to get my haircut by them.
The only other woman that was willing to cut my hair is the “Caribbean lady” …sorry I don’t know your name. But I was waiting on “KC” I was choosing KC because she said she knew how to cut my type of hair because her ex-boyfriend use to cut the lions football teams hair.
She deserves MORE PAY…..the “Caribbean” lady that is.
ALL the others are TRASH. I wouldn’t suggest going there at all EVER again.
I walked out because I am an Apostle of JESUS CHRIST, so i see everything clearly and see through your lies, and a BUSINESS Owner.
After This review I would “fire everyone” that was working today except for the Caribbean lady who was nice enough to offer her assistance in advance.
This is August 5th 2023. Close this location down or bring “Lina” back and let her pick a team.
By the way I left over 45 minutes ago and nobody called to see why? Trash folks there now.
