She listened to what I wanted , She took her time , paying special attention to detail. On both my hair and my beard. Plus , she’s always so kind and pleasant to deal with. If you want a great stylist, go online and schedule an appointment, so you don’t have to wait, and ask for Alejandra. 4 months agoI asked for my daughters hair to be cut to shoulder length and to keep her long layers. Michael (I believe was his name) obviously does not know how to cut layers and cut her hair shorter than I wanted. It is also so uneven. We now have to take her to another salon to fix this, I was not about to ask him to fix it since he clearly did not know what he was doing.7 months agoI went in a week ago for a hair cut and left with a complete hack job. I have very curly hair and I could feel there was a very obvious difference in layer length but the woman had already taken off WAY more than I wanted anyway so I didn’t say anything. She probably hacked off a solid 4-6 inches of hair that definitely did not need taken off. I was so upset I just paid and left without saying a word. It wasn’t until I straightened it for work that I realized just how bad it was. I literally started crying and instantly made an appointment at a salon to get it fixed. I just wanted a trim and some light layering. Save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else.10 months agoThe place was clean, the staff was AMAZING! Very helpful and kind. Also very professional. All the 3 stylist that worked on Sunday were just awesome. Great prices at this location. I was very surprised! We definitely found our spot, where we will be coming from now on. It was great to find a place for haircut on a Sunday + without an appointment. We had great experience here 100% recommend! They did great job with our haircuts. 10/10!!3 months agoI really like the cut that I received from Great Clips! This was my first time at this Fayetteville location and the stylist did an excellent job. I prefer to have my hair cut with scissors, as opposed to clippers. Growing up, clippers was typically used for cutting men’s hair and boys’. I realize styles change, etc.The gentleman who cut my hair listened to my preferences and did probably the best haircut I have received from Great Clips in several years (Little Rock locations). I hope to continue the style we settled on. Thank you Michael, it is so much cooler!
a week agoDon’t go here Have had this happen before….If you schedule an appointment and check in via their website / app be mindful that you will wait longer than told and then have a stylist leave for a break ? Checked in and went inside with a 17 minute wait. Waited 13 minutes and another customer shows up who has checked in earlier via the app. He gets called and I wait another 17 minutes while a stylist leaves. WTH ? Terrible customer service and won’t be back, ever.
