  I had a good experience. You go in and wait for a barber. First come first serve. I waited about 10 mins, which I thought was fine. Good price for kids cuts, $14. The hair dresser asked a few questions and got to work. Really fast and efficient. Hair cut looks great and was what I asked for. The atmosphere is kind of dated, but I thought it added to the authentic ‘hole in the wall’ charm of the place. I don’t know the name of the hairdresser my son had, but she did great. She was younger with dark hair and a sleeve tattoo. (Great job whoever you are!) I’m sure your experience could differ greatly depending on who you get, and since it’s just the next person in line gets the next barber/hair dresser you can’t really pick. Also bring cash, as I don’t *think* they take card.

  Took my grandson and as the barber is talking to my daughter and I another man approached the same barber. Suddenly we are bumped down and are waiting. As we sit. There are rwo others that come in, again was passed up. That moment I was ready to go elsewhere. But give them a chance. The lady was told how to do the cut.Nope not the style requested shorter than asked. I went because I used when my boys were young. But I will go where they LISTEN, and care about the clients. Before if you go they listen to you and not listen to music on a ear piece.

  HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I’ve been here more than I can count. The wait time on a Friday isn’t too bad. The price is reasonable too. The place is kinda dingy and old inside. There is music playing low and plenty of barbers. MOST of the barbers do a good job and are friendly, EXCEPT one. There is a tall, white, blond haired lady with red cheeks that works on the 3rd seat from the left. I’ve encountered her bitterness before with another employee, but I thought maybe she just had a bad day. I did notice she was nicer to men though. So, today we came back. My son didn’t want to be serviced by her, but we had no choice . She asked what I wanted for my child and didn’t reply when I responded, so I stood there for a second. I was adjusting his cape thing because it was about to slide off his shoulder. She turned around with this face like I was impeding her job. I had said sorry and she just had a smug look on her. She asked how he styles it, I said he doesn’t. So she asked how I style it, I said I don’t. Which is the truth, she didn’t say anything and looked annoyed. She got to work on my sons hair. When it came time to pay, she handed me my change and I was still nice enough to tip her. When I handed the money to her, she snatched it off me and turned around. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Later my son said she was kinda being rough with him and his hair was uneven in the front. I’ll never come back here.

  Went in yesterday in the afternoon. The check-in online process made it so simple. Waited about 10 mins, then got started on my cut. I got the pleasure of having Lupe work on my hair. Showed her a picture, and not only did she give me exactly the style I wanted, she fixed my bangs and thinned out my heavy hair all within what felt like 20 mins. She made me feel very comfortable, and I highly recommend this location and its great staff. Thank you again, lupe, for saving my hair!

  I’m new to the high desert area and when I was looking for a barber shop I came across this one. I went in as a walk-in. As soon as you walk-in the atmosphere is great, they have TVs on all the walls so if you like sports you’ll definitely enjoy being able to keep up with them while getting a haircut. Most of the barbers are pretty friendly, they’ll greet you when you walk in. I was lucky to have got my first cut from Yuli, he’s a cool guy and does great cuts. I’ve been going to him regularly since December and never disappoints.

  Their is a new lady next to Yuli, that I highly recommend not getting a cut from. I’ve personally not got a cut from her but in the times I’ve gone I’ve seen her mess up 2 guys haircuts, and seen her do subpar cuts. She’s regularly asking other barbers to help her fix cuts, I’ve seen a guy ask for a refund because it was so bad. One of her clients even asked Yuli if he could redo his haircut after he was done cutting mine, because it was no where near what he wanted.

  What a disappointment!! I took my 15 year old son to get a trim on top and clean-up the sides. 5 inches later, a new part (on the opposite side), a bad line up, clipper cuts on my son’s forehead, and tears of embarrassment we were only given, by the owner, $15 of the $26 back (not including the $7 tip). I took my son over to Signatures to get it fixed. Jojo Love fixed it for the $15 that this shop disrespectfully returned. IF YOU WANT A REAL CUT GO TO SIGNATURES AT THE MALL ASK FOR JOJO LOVE!!!

  Shot in the dark. First time here and I was not disappointed. Past reviews made me skeptical but I really needed a cut today. My girl Jewels took care of me, and yeah I know I was skeptical about a girl cutting my hair, but I was also skeptical about a new barber shop. Jewels took her time, and didn’t mind when I told her I need a lil more off the top. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and all the seats where empty, Sunday football I’m guessing. If I were to critique anything I would say they aren’t very chatty. But that goes both ways. I could of asked questions too. But I kept thinking I hope this new spot don’t mess up my hair lol. All and all I’m happy with my and experience. I am coming back here.
