a week agoShyanne is the individual that cut my daughter hair. She was extremely rude and condescending and got extremely offended when she asked what I thought of the cut. My daughter went in trim nothing special. I was so thankful when the other hairdresser stepped in and fixed the mess Shyanne created. I would definitely come back to the salon but not have Shyanne complete any service.( She was so rude her fellow coworkers had to step in we ended up with way more cut off than we requested) Anyone else is amazing.a month agoConversation was great. Haircut not so much. Sadly the ball was dropped. I came in and had about 5 in. cut off. I asked for a bob and we decided on some layers.At some point she seemed to be mentioning how my hair was upper thick and starting cutting very crazily all over. I did not ask for my hair to be thinned. My hair was dry and she kept cutting it and may I say it was a tad painful. Almost thru my haircut someone said she was new and it all clicked! My hair cut is extremely uneven, I have a orange sized hole in the back of my head, where hair should be, but was taken off. I have wavy hair and I can not for the life of me get the back of my hair to lay nicely.
I’ve had 2 strangers come up to me and Inform me I’m missing a chunk of hair, it’s embarrassing.
I’m very unhappy happy with the cut and will not be back.
5 months agoI had a great experience; the young lady that cut my hair did a great job. The place is extremely affordable and has great service. When I sat down she asked what I wanted, and then she listened. She was attentive and sweet. I will be going back. This is my go-to salon. I would highly suggest this place to anyone, family, friend, or stranger.5 months agoThe gals there are sooooo nice and friendly and accommodating. I’ve gotten the best haircuts here. BUT I’ve had repeated bummer hair coloring experiences. First time I just wanted color underneath and they told me it wasn’t possible to go darker than my medium brown hair? And most recently came out with very orange hair instead of the requested ash brown ombre ? they told me to go home and buy a purple shampoo ? I called and requested they at least attempt to fix it before I invest at home, which is so appreciated and they did for free and it’s much better but it is still absolutely not what I asked or paid for ?4 months agoCame here yesterday for my prom hair. It turned out wonderfully, I had lots of curls and a braided half-up do. I spent a little longer in the chair than I would have liked (about 1.5 hours) and had to rush home to get dressed and then go out for dinner, but that’s mostly on me for timing it wrong. Krystal was fantastic and the hair stayed in the whole evening, and I even woke up this morning with some of the curls still holding. Thanks again!

6 months agoI went to the sprague location today and had the worst haircut I have ever had by Allison. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I left. I was able to see Stephanie at a different location and she was able to help me and was very helpful with the situation. Stephanie saved me and I am so grateful to her for that.10 months agoSo 4 stars for it being an inexpensive trip (wash, dry, & ‘curl’ for $38) & the staff was kind and accommodating. I went in for just wash and was deciding whether to add any kind of styling. It was $9 for blow drying & $20 for curling at my length. I will say I do a tad regret adding the additional services. It appeared my hair was receiving normal barrel curls (I was away from mirror but could see on my shoulder), but somehow at the end my hair looks almost straight. With the large amount of hairspray used, I anticipated the curls to hold their shape pretty well. The pictures are from just driving home after salon. The hair was being curled in layers but the underneath back area is totally untouched and is just my natural kinky curl. She did have another client after me but assured it would be okay time wise & that in 30mins we could do good curls. I will take the blame there for adding on additional services, but would have I think had a preferred outcome if we opted to just forgo for the time purposes. I would return to this salon for the relaxing easy environment & prices, but would not specifically for curl styling. Unless maybe I had reference curl photos and the person was able to take more time.5 months agoThe best hair experience I have had!! My stylist name was Alison and she did such a good job listening and really trying to understand what I want done with my hair. This is the first time in a long time that I have had my hair cut and not left in tears. Alison was also amazing at giving advice about what upkeep and styling would be needed if I tried different cuts. My hair looks perfect! Thank you so much. I can’t wait to go back!2 weeks agoI saw Gabriel (Gabe) on 8/18/2023, I have only ever had my hair done every couple years my entire life because I have major trust issues when it comes to people touching my hair(as I like to keep it long and like it a certain way when I get it cut), and every time I have saught out a new person, they have managed to screw it up in one way or another. This is the first time I have had a man cut my hair, and I tell you, this was the BEST hair cut I have EVER had. He paid attention to every detail, everything I had asked for, I didn’t mention how anxious I was because I didn’t want to make him nervous. I have gotten so many comments in just the two days since I have seen him, I decided to book my color for him at the end of this week. GO SEE HIM!! Absolutely wonderful experience, and results!!a year agoThis is my husbands hair fresh out of this “salon”. Absolutely unacceptable. I could’ve done a better job with a dark bathroom and a packet of kool aid. Pictures literally don’t even show how awful it is, and that’s saying a lot. Now I have to run to Sally’s and fix it myself.

I love that you can call on the way there then just walk right in and not have to wait. I forget the girls name that cut my hair but I think she said she has been at this location the longest of all the employees (10 or 15 years) and it showed, she seemed to take pride in her work and place of business.
