a week agoRidiculous price for a haircut/shave that wasn’t even what my son initially wanted. Thankfully we got a refund but there seemed to be a lack of communication somewhere. The hot towels were nice but the price was just kind of outrageous. The owner Jeremy is a terrible person.a week agoI asked for a beard trim. Was $15. He barely did anything. I was actually wanting it trimmed a little closer to the face and shaped up. He basically just trimmed some of the scraggly hairs that were longer. Asked for my neck to be cleaned up. He made a clear line for my beard but didn’t shave my neck at all. I don’t know. Maybe I’m not asking correctly but not sure how else to ask for it. Seemed like he just rushed through it and didn’t want to be there. This was 1st thing Saturday morning. Looked a little hungover4 months agoThe best haircut I’ve ever had in the busiest barbershop I’ve ever been in, and still faster than any other haircut I’ve gotten. All while sipping an Old Fashioned.Straight razer shaves are by appointment during the week only, but still a 5/5 experience. Will be back.
6 months agoThere was a short wait. The cut was sharp and exactly as I requested. As a woman it is hard to get a fade cut as nice as I got. The barber, Logan, was interesting and we had a comfortable chat while he cut my hair. 100% would recommend.2 months agoGot a beard trim. Practically removed my mustache, put a hard line on my neck when I told him to taper it, trimmed one of my cheeks and not the other. The whole thing was uneven and it cost 15 bucks.

They take good care of their customers and that’s why wait times can be pretty long sometimes. They won’t rush you through a MVP experience just because there is a full waiting room. I haven’t managed to find a regular yet because my schedule is all over the place but I always have a good experience regardless. The only thing I’m confused about is when I check in on the app it says to go into the store and let them know I’m there. When I do they seem confused and I don’t see other people do that. Is that an unnecessary step? If I don’t do it then the board will say I’m not in store and I’m afraid I’ll get skipped over but I don’t like doing it. Doesn’t that kind of defeat the purpose of a online check in? I wish I could just say through the app I’m there and not have to bother the busy stylists.2 weeks agoReasonable price, fast service. The staff have a much better attitude without all the pre-screen, distance mandates, and bureaucratic nonsense breathing down their business neck. Much better. Keep up the good work. During The Big – Q: 36-minute wait on the board, 30 minutes later, 27 minutes on the board. Another guest went from 7 minutes to OnBoard, to 47 minutes, then back to 15 minutes. Employee said they’ve got nothing to do with the board and what it says. I say it messes with people’s plans, and it shouldn’t fluctuate so haphazardly.
