2 months agoNice classic barber shop atmosphere and the gentlemen running the shop were excellent. I received a cut and beard trim from Johnathon and couldn’t be happier with the results. He not only did an excellent job but was a very charismatic and funny guy. I spent the whole time talking and laughing with him. I will absolutely be coming back to this shop in the future.3 months agoI wanted a Mohawk haircut and honestly the barber did a really great job. Fine work and absolutely recommend. It was honestly the best haircut I got so far. Even did a great job with shaving and lining up my beard! Awesome work!5 months agoI typically don’t review businesses on google but the team at Profession Barbers of Lowell do such great work and the people of Lowell deserve to know. I’ve worked with both Tyler and Quinn and they do fantastic work. They are fun and engaging barbers and always deliver on top quality haircuts. The name of their business is very fitting. Decided to change up my hair recently and have been getting a ton of complements not only from friends and family, but also from strangers out and about. Literally asked for the sides to be shortened and an inch off the top. The other two barbers are great but their new hire needs to be fired

The first time I brought my son here was 3 years ago when I lived in Lowell. Although we don’t live in the area anymore, we came back to Billy’s a few months ago because my son wasn’t comfortable in the other shops we tried. There’s a cool vibe here that we haven’t found in many shops. My son has sat in all of the barbers’ chairs except Billy’s but they all do a great job. Unlike other barber shops, this place required prepayment to book an appointment and since it was going to be my first time, I went ahead and paid the $40 fee, $20 for each haircut. But, after driving 30 minutes to their barber shop, I went to open the door of the barbershop just to find it closed despite the fact that their website displayed them being open since 9AM that day. I’m extremely confused as to how I can book and appointment and still find the place closed. To make it worse, I paid $40 total for 2 haircuts that never happened. Now I’m at a loss of $40, gas, and time I took to drive to the Jordan Barbershop the morning off 7/18/23. I have contacted the place via email, phone, and even google chat, yet no one has responded to my complaint.
