He offered us both something to drink. The place was spotless! His stylist asked him what he wanted and she replicated a picture he showed her. He got a great haircut, and oil scalp massage. They did a paraffin hand treatment, a hot towel, and moisturized his face. My stylist Lexus did an excellent job and was great at making it an easy, comfortable, and all around wonderful experience.First and foremost, the haircut itself was outstanding. I had the pleasure of having Lexus as my stylist who took the time to listen to my preferences and provided expert advice on what would suit me best. They demonstrated great skill and attention to detail, resulting in a haircut that exceeded my expectations. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed, with a style that perfectly complemented my features.

3 months agoElephant in the room is the best way to get a $90 haircut for half the price. The services they provide for the price is phenomenal. I had a hair cut and beard trim with the lovely Leah who not only provided a top notch hair cut and beard trim, but was able to provide an experience like no other places I’ve been to. My favorite aspect of Elephant in the Room is that you don’t even need to remember what the hair cut was you got the previous time you were there. Once you’ve found your perfect cut, they keep record of it. Even if you decide to choose a different grooming specialist every visit, they know exactly how you like your hair. Not to mention all of their additional services like face scrub, hot towels, shampoo scrub, and a nape shave. Which can come free with the purchase of their monthly membership price which is even cheaper than the standard price. I highly recommend this establishment and will 110% be coming back every haircut I need. I do not trust anyone else to make me look as good as Elephant in the Room does. Unbelievable!2 months agoTo be honest, if I were just wanting a hair cut, I probably wouldn’t come here due to the price, however, I come here for the total package. In addition to the hair cut, I get my hair washed and the shoulder massage. In addition, they have it on the computer how I like to get my hair cut. They confirm it every time, just to make sure, which I like. This most recent time, my stylist said that she will make a note that I get a veteran discount so I don’t need to remind them every time. She always does a great job and is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommenda month agoI waited 30 mins before the shop opened and 5 mins before the boor opened a guy drove up and he waited until the doors opened I was 1st in and I couldn’t check in until 1005am on line so i checked in at the counter as I finished checking in the said the guy before me was usurer to the back with another stylist and told me I had to wait. I thought this was unfair I called the manager and they said there was nothing they could do about it, I will never go back and they last a regular customer.
