2 months agoI go here everything 3 weeks, and I am considering every 2 weeks because the service is top notch. Megan is just excellent. She understands the customer’s needs and gets to work. Some barbers/stylists want to talk the entire time. Megan allows me to just relax and enjoy the service. That’s not to say she is not personable. She’s very pleasant and personable. She is a rare find and as long as she is there I will continue to go.3 weeks agoI recently had my first experience with S&S and was impressed with the work of stylist Allie. Her skills were top-notch, and I received one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I am completely satisfied with the good and neat ambiance of this place, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I have finally found my go-to destination for all my hair needs excellent job, S&S! And a special shoutout to Allie for her outstanding performance.a month agoI had the best exp wince with Rachel. The 25 year with the facial sculpt was a great way to fix my not maintained facial hair. The amazing detailing done through Rachel’s razor skills and years of experience with men’s hair. Allie was my dad’s hairdresser(love her hair and nail !) she stay in communication with us in order to present a perfect hairstyle. She did a great job!?2 weeks agoIt’s been over a year since I got a haircut and I am not used to getting haircuts either, and I had no idea what style to get or how I wanted it. Shelby not only had a very kind ear, but was very kind and helped me understand what she was doing and why, but she felt genuinely interested in what I wanted to achieve hairstyle wise and gave me helpful tips. Definitely will be going back for regular cuts to maintain the great style she gave me.

a month agoEmily did an AMAZING JOB cutting my hair! Most importantly, I have been trying to start a new hairstyle……A new me…. I went through Beauty Brands…etc & everybody kept cutting my hair in the same exact way which is not what I was expecting. Emily is not a hairdresser at all. She is a real true hairstylist!3 months agoChrissy is incredible. She showed genuine care for the quality of my haircut and took initiative by improving my hairstyle! It’s so hard to find hairstylists who express that level of commitment to making sure the haircut turns out great. She is the first hairstylist I have specifically came back for on a regular basis.3 months agoHad my hair cut by AJ a few times now and will certainly request her moving forward.She is amazing and does a fantastic job. The store is always clean.

4 months agoHad a great experience with my 6 year old nephew here! Emily especially was super kind, patient, and sweet! He usually is pretty picky but had his first great haircut!4 weeks agoSomething’s wrong with the reservation system. Was asked to arrive for apt at 1:50PM. Arrived five minutes early and was listed as a 50-minute wait with four names in front of me. Told team I would run a quick errand. Came back 25 minutes later to find I was second in line with a 75-minute wait. Mentioned concerns and was told something about varsity status receiving priority. Shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for an on-line appt. I really liked this place but their systems are frustrating.

5 months agoTook my boyfriend for a much needed haircut and the stylist did a great job. Plus very comfortable chairs if you are a parent/spouse/friend waiting 🙂2 months agoBUTCHERED my hair. I grew out my hair for 9 months to get some nice flow. Was a long and terrible process. Finally got it where I wanted but needed a trim. All I asked for was maybe a half inch off the top and a light trim on the sides and back. This girl took THREE INCHES off the top and basically buzzed the rest. I look like a different person. It’ll take me another 9 months to grow out again. WORST haircut I’ve ever had. Shouldn’t have paid it was so bad2 months agoGlorified Great Clips. They think they’re better but may be worse and charge more. Girl cut my hair in literally 8 minutes and it looked horrible. Not at all what I asked for and could tell she had no idea what she was doing. Bad place3 months agoWalk in welcome is a lie. Every time we attempt to get my son’s haircut appointment or not we are rudely turned away.One time it was 2 hours before close. No one gives managers number. No where to put in complaint. We have tried 3 times in the last 2 years.
4 months agoI’ve always had a great experience here. I’ve received haircuts from a few of the stylist and they have all been great but I tend to stick with Melissa if she can fit me in. She is awesome.
