2 weeks agoMy husband and 8-year old son got a haircut for the first time at V’s. I made an appointment for today, Sunday. The appointment was fast and smooth. They were both happy with their cut which is a very good thing because it’s only like 3 minutes away from us. They’ll definitely be back! 🙂a month agoJason is a cut above the rest! I have to say this is the first time I’ve ever been blown away by a haircut and more specifically the beard trim.KB did such an amazing job that I actually looked at it after he finished and said I didn’t know my beard could look that good.
The entire experience was awesome. The hot towels, the scalp massage, and he even trimmed up my caterpillar eyebrows. I don’t look like that crazy dude in Gladiator anymore!

3 weeks agoI’ve been going here since 2021 and Negar has been the greatest barber ever. Had the best experience today with my “Big Day” haircut & shave for my wedding day! I never leave reviews ever but had to for this because she’s amazing.a month agoThis was my first time here and Negar did a great job with my haircut and beard trimming and shaping!! She was patient and did a great job! Nice conversation as well! Will definitely be going back!

So many good things to say about him, he deserves all the success and recognition in the world and I really hope that he receives that kind of attention internally. Just to give an example of his character, I ran into him when I was out for dinner on my birthday this February, and he bought my meal without even saying anything from a nice restaurant. He’s got meticulous attention to detail, and will not rush a haircut. His focus is on ensuring that every strand of hair is perfectly cut. When it comes to tapering, there’s no one better than James. His skills in cutting hair are impeccable, and he carries himself with great respect. If you’re particular about your beard line, James is a master. We will definitely continue to bring our son to Floyd’s!!4 weeks agoGreat music cool walls love the vibe. Usually come here to get my haircuts. I went in yesterday and saw Phillip for the first time. Everything was fine until he started making fun of how gay people dress? Not my place to comment but made me extremely uncomfortable and I was uncomfortably laughing. It was super unprofessional and disturbing. Left with the worst haircut ever. He cut wayyyyy to much off and it wasn’t even a good haircut I have random lines from the trimmer on the back of my head that are visible and didn’t even notice until I got home.3 weeks agoCharmelle B was great. One of the best fades I got. Got exactly what I asked for. Was new to Dallas and had previous bad experiences with Floyd’s in a different city. So was concerned going in. But damn I was surprised by the cut I got. Booked in advance for my next one. Will be a regular there.

6 months agoDezzi at Floyd’s of Preston in Frisco is an absolutely amazing hair stylist! I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by her and I can confidently say that she provides one of the best and most detailed fades in Frisco. Not only is she incredibly talented and skilled at her craft, but she is also an absolute joy to be around.During my appointment with Dezzi, she not only gave me a fantastic haircut but also recommended some great products for my hair type. Our interaction was both fun and professional, making for a very enjoyable experience overall. I was particularly impressed with her attention to detail – despite just needing a men’s haircut, she spent over an hour and 15 minutes making sure that my hair was perfect.
Dezzi’s inner beauty matches her outer beauty, and she truly cares about her clients and making sure they leave feeling confident and happy with their haircut. I have been to Floyd’s of Preston before with someone else, but after my experience with Dezzi, I will definitely be returning to her for my future haircuts.

5 months agoRoss and Amelia are absolutely amazing. They always do an incredible job on my skin fades. I will always recommend either of them to anyone who compliments my cuts. Ross has a super fun personality and never fails to make the vibe of the haircut incredible. Amelia also has a fun and eclectic personality and gives the best massage shampoos. We always have a good time when she cuts my hair. I will never see anyone else for my cuts besides these two5 months agoRoss is the most fantastic, amazing barber at this location. After a few months of trying out different barbers, Ross was the one that paid the most attention to detail about what I was looking for in a haircut. So much so that I only go to him now every time I come here. Aside from being an excellent barber Ross also has a fun, bubbly personality which always makes it a joy coming into appointments and I always look forward to them.a year agoWe were there on a busy Friday afternoon. We did make an appointment, but only an hour in advance. We saw multiple people walk-in without appointments and be helped while we were there.I enjoyed the vibe, but anyone with sensory issues would find this place horrible. – There is music playing (louder than “background” music) and posters all over.
My 16 yo sons haircut turned out great. We talked to the technician and asked what she thought would look best on his face and what was in style and she explained what she thought very well and then did a great job of doing exactly that. He was thrilled and feels like he found his new look.

4 months agoAmelia was wonderful and so kind! LGBTQ safe, was trying something new with my hair. They were very patient and kind and the entire staff was helpful. I highly recommend for anyone looking to receive a haircut. Amelia is fantastic with short haircuts, I feel confident and happy.
