in the last weekI have never felt heard and seen by a medical professional like I do by Bailey E. I will only see her as long as she is practicing, and will recommend her to anyone inside and outside of network. She is truly wonderful at what she does. She has changed my quality of life and I am so thankful for her and her time.a week agoLast two visits to urgent care waited for more than 3 hours. Had been told it was going to be a 1.5 hour wait. After I was seen both times. The place was deserted of all staff and all the lights in the parking lot were turned off. So I had to walk to the back of the lot in the dark. When there, I was seen by the nurse practitioner. At the desk they should ask your preferences of Nurse Practitioner or MD. Or tell you they only have N.P available. The N.P. that I saw wasn’t even going to look in my ears, nose, or listen to my heart; had walked outside to leave but then swung back in saying I guess maybe I should look at your ears. During my visit I was told I didn’t look that sick even though I had already been diagnosed with a resistant form of staph infection in my nose from a different doctor in which I brought the paperwork on and my medication. This NP did at least give me a referral to an ENT.a month agoNurse Practitioner and her assistant were very friendly, professional and thorough with my diagnosis. They made me feel very comfortable and following instructions for care, I am already feeling better about my skin.2 weeks agoAllina clinic in Woodbury is a place that everybody want to go, they have a great doctors , nurses, lab technicians pharmacist , all the workers in Allina Health clinic in Woodbury they are there to support you to reach to your health goal.4 months agoWent to Urgent Care and waited for 2 hours we were told it would be, just for them to say we have to wait another hour if we want to be seen. Every time I talked to the receptionist she was no help. Ended up just leaving because everyone was completely useless in providing any answers. 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back.

5 months agoI was confused about scanning my QR code since I did not have 4G or 5G, so I went inside to check in for my appointment and they helped me right away! Very friendly and efficient staff. I also appreciated getting all the work done ahead of time online instead of doing it in the office. Big time saver!5 months agoWent to my initial appointment. Two hours fifteen minutes of them asking me questions. At the end they schedule a 2nd appointment and say bring your meds because we count pills every visit and take a urine sample. They said they’d call in my current pain med refill to the pharmacy. They never did. They said they’d schedule an MRI. They never did. They said they’d call in a new med for me, but never did. Waited till I was down to my last pill from my prior doctor, they kept me on hold 21 minutes. At 4pm they finally phoned my pharmacy but never called me or did the other things they promised. All this and never addressed the excruciating pain I went in there for. No exam. Nothing. I have stage 4 cancer in my bones and got nothing from them except a promise they’d count pills and takes aurine sample. I canceled my second appointment and won’t go back.4 weeks agoThey are a great group of caring educated people. I first went to Valley several years ago when I had a painful illness that left me with blisters all over my face and body. My primary doctor refused to give me anything to help with the pain. I was living in agony with no quality of life. I went to Valley not knowing what to expect…I just knew I needed help. The doctors at this clinic can help you with pain, while being careful not to over prescribe anything. The doctors and nurses really care about me and my well-being. Anytime I have questions about my health, they are more than happy to help me. My former primary care doctor made me feel guilty and bad for needing pain medication. I am not an addict or have ever had addiction issues, I just wanted to be free from pain. My life is SO much better now that I go to Valley. I feel validated, cared about and listened to during every appointment. If you are suffering from chronic pain, please do yourself a favor and make your first appointment with Valley Medical. I promise, you won’t regret it!

a month agoI have to thank Dr Ross and his assistant for helping me with my shoulder pain. He took an x-ray and took care of it with medication immediately. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of TCO. I would go nowhere else. Thank you for being terrific doctors and kind and generous people from the staff to the doctors to everyone else.2 months agoI love this place! After a few horrible experiences the past year with HP urgent care, my gut told me to get a second opinion. After HP told us they could not see a fracture in the x-rays of my 12 yr olds hand/wrist, I took her to Twin Cities Ortho for a second opinion the next day. The pain was just not adding up! We found out right away from TCO she indeed had a hair line fracture in her distal radius! They took immediate action in sending us to their hand doctor, Dr. Leafblad. he was kind, gentle and genuinely wanted my daughter’s hand to heal correctly and quickly. After my conversations with the doctor at Twin City orthopedic i knew they would have a network of doctors that i could work with to get to the bottom of this ongoing hip pain.
