2 weeks agoAlthough they couldn’t assist with my son’s injury, they were extremely helpful and caring. They took him right in to examine if they could help with his injury while I filled out some paperwork. The nurse kindly took me in a separate room to explain what could possibly happen but told me it would be best to bring him directly to Hasbro. She even wrapped his wound up so he would be more comfortable on the way to the hospital. Thank you so much to all of the staff that was working on September 6th at 7PM, you ladies were wonderful!2 months agoThis urgent care went above and beyond. My son need stitches after an accident that occurred from the beach. They took him right in and took awesome care of him. I also had my daughter and a couple of their friends with me in the waiting room. Had to leave them briefly to be with my son and they kept an eye out and said how well behaved everyone was. Hands down best care and super fast wait! Excellent staff!! Super efficient and very nice. Thank you!3 weeks agoExcellent experience. The staff was warm and welcoming. I was nervous about taking my kids to a walk in clinic but every single person there exceeded my expectations. We will absolutely return in the future.4 weeks agoFrom the ladies up front, to the staff once you are seen. All were very nice and professional. Even with a busy waiting room, they saw me in a timely manner. From check in to out the door was around 1 hour.Thank you the great service!
a week agoI brought my daughter in and the front desk women, nurse and doctor were great! Friendly, patient, calm and the male nurse we had was so personable and funny he got my daughter to laugh and made her feel comfortable

a month agoHad a great experience with Garden City Treatment center. My daughter clearly had an infection in her finger. The wait time wasn’t bad at all. She was treated by Dr. Dufresne. He was so nice and pleasant. He identified the issue and quickly got us out of there. So glad we didn’t have to spend 7+ hours at Hasbro! I would definitely recommend this treatment center!a month agoI walked in on a Friday at about 5:30 pm. The waiting room was 3/4’s full. I spoke to the receptionist who was professional and very kind. I waited about an hour and a half- which considering how full the waiting room was- did not seem bad. Dr. Creighton was patient and had a great demeanor. He patiently answered almost of my questions. I had another interaction with a nurse/assistant on my way out and that was a positive, friendly interaction as well.in the last weekI have a task trained service dog. They gave me a hard time about having my service dog with me. Claimed that since it’s a privet company they could deny service dogs. Then they said I could only stay in a room with a door because people might be allergic. Both front desk clerks were rude to me. Ended up going to Kent county hospital with no access issues. Definitely don’t go here if you have a service dog. They don’t care about the Ada laws.2 weeks agoI went here during the peak of COVID and was made to wait in my car till my COVID test came back. They literally forgot me. Wouldn’t answer the phone. I finally went to the door an hour and a half later because I needed to pee so badly. They admitted to misplacing my test and forgetting to call me. As suspected, I didn’t have COVID. They were apologetic and saw me right away. Well, I gave them another chance today. COVID was a crazy time for healthcare, and things happen. On my visit today, they called me into a small room upfront about 15-20 mins after I checked in. Reviewed my symptoms, took vitals gave me a flu and COVID test. Sent me back to the waiting room. About 20 mins later they took me back to a room.
After over an hour, no one came to check on me or update me on delays. I was shivering, head pounding, I could tell my fever spiked and I was soooo thirsty. There were no tissues and I was sneezing and running nose. I was in the last room far in the back. I finally saw a staff member and asked for some tissues, she seemed annoyed but did grab me a box. I was legitimately concerned they forgot me again.
I don’t know if they thought other patients needed care before me based on their illness but they saw at least two people before me that were there after me. I asked a staff member if they knew when a doctor may be able to see me as at this point it had been over two hours since arrival. The woman I spoke with was apologetic and said she would see what she could do.
My COVID test ended up being positive. Tests take 10-15 typically. Why on earth would they leave someone who is COVID positive sitting and spreading germs for that long? They really couldn’t have popped in and told me the results and gave me my script? It would have taken 5 mins tops.
By the time I left, I was there around 3hrs 15mins. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially when they said the wait was around an hour.
I won’t be giving them another try.
a week agoThe first two doctors I had were great and figured out a plan to get my pneumonia cleared up hopefully. After having pneumonia initially me feeling better and then it getting worse and needing a second round of antibiotics two weeks later, I’m having the same symptoms and the new nurse practitioner said it’s probably viral because all of your other tests are negative for Covid, strep and flu. I informed her about me having pneumonia last month and she said OK. Just use your inhaler at home and I’ll give you a dose of steroids. No chest x-ray no nothing because my lungs didn’t sound junkie yet. The last time I had pneumonia my lungs sound clear but the x-ray showed it was pneumonia. So please do not see Salma Antony. And then when I told the nurse about, I didn’t feel that she didn’t know she said I’m just the messenger. So I left and I’m writing this review and will be going to another walk in.

3 weeks agoExcellent ! The staff there is great ! Doctor Scott did fantastic work my thumb injury, which happened at work. His efforts helped my injury to begin healing up well, within the first 2 weeks. They have friendly, prompt service and are complete professionals. HIGHLY recommend this Concentra Urgent Care !a month agoI was forced by my Company to go to Warwick, RI for a TB test. ( From Fall River, MA. Out of state ?)For the actual experience when I arrived , All staff were accommodating and very nice.
Being a TB test, I had to return 2 days later . Again, was treated very well. Was even able to joke with front desk staff.
For having to go so far away for this experience, Concentra at 400 Bald Hill. Warwick , RI made it much better for me. Thank you all.
a month agoWhile the service and individuals who work there are good it’s the wait times upwards of 4/5 hours for s quick cup urine!! And once you sign in you can’t leave! That’s madness! If you can’t staff it give people a chance to come back or schedule a time.2 months ago2 hours and 30 minutes of waiting for a drug test for my employer!!My bladder was full and hurting, there is not even a rest room in the office without going out to the building next door, the older woman at the front desk did not say there was going to be a long wait before my turn, after 10 minutes of waiting I needed to go to my car and she said no because I was supposed to wait, if u don’t have enough staff, front desk should inform the patients. There was a patient that had more than 3 hrs waiting for a physical, I saw her twice going to the front desk to ask how long she needed to wait. All the chairs full with people waiting for a long time for their services.4 months agoThe receptionist was excellent. Took me right in because I was actively bleeding. She was kind and caring. The nurse and Dr. were professional, kind and also explained every step of what they were going to do. I received 4 stitches the Dr made sure I didn’t feel anything. I returned 5 days later to have them removed and received the same excellent care.
