  Office staff was friendly and approachable. I loved having an option to pay a little less to see the NP. It eased the pain of seeking help in illness. Sunday hours were a plus. Wait time was standard. The room was clean and well stocked. I needed an item that was unavailable for comfort so they found a more than amicable solution. The NP was very knowledgeable and professional, and still friendly. The other staff I interacted with was very pleasant and patient with my needs. Overall I feel encouraged to return without hesitation.

  My initial visit was fantastic. I had taken someone else there before and was always impressed and I had the same results. However after days of taking the medicine I was no better so I called and asked if the dr could prescribe something different. The girl took my name and # and said I would get a callback. I’m still waiting

  On this day everyone from the front desk to the person call you back was great!!!! Then the Nurse practitioner walk in and topped it off the best I can’t remember her name. She checked everything and she listens to what was going on with me making sure everything was right.I was there on 7/1/23 morning.Thank you ?

  Everyone was helpful and kind to Me and I thank them. They were doing tests and keeping us busy answering questions about my leg. The people who were with me were included in the questions and answers. Very attentive and kind and I give them all a 5 out of 5 for the help and answers we got about my veins and what to do next at home.

  The staff was super kind and friendly, we did not wait long at all, they got us back within 10 minutes unlike other pediatric urgent cares we’ve been too where we waited over an hour. Denise was amazing with my kids! They absolutely adored her, she listened and she cared! 10/10.

  Dr. Denise was amazing. My son needed stitches. Although it was closing time, she was happy to care for him. She had the best personality and communicated well with him throughout the process. The nurses and office staff were wonderful as well. This mama is so grateful for each of them!

  We had a wonderful experience here and I’m so glad we didn’t go to the ER! Our daughter had a wrist fracture. She was happy during the entire visit thanks to a kind, friendly staff and a kid-friendly, clean facility. The online appointment option made the process very easy and fast.

  Elizabeth, the NP was AMAZING! She listened to me, asked questions and went above and beyond. As soon as a test result was ready she came in and shared the results. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing. I will definitely visit her again with no hesitation.

  The staff is awesome here. Courtney is at the front desk for check – ins, and you couldn’t have pick a better person for the job. I have been here several times, and she is always upbeat and helpful. You would never know if she was having a bad day. ? There was an incident that occurred with one of the guest that was waiting in the lobby. It required immediate attention, and an ambulance had to be called to transfer the guest to the hospital. This was a very scary incident, but the AFC staff was calm. While moving expeditiously, the staff camouflaged their fear with their trained procedural steps. Before you knew it, the unresponsive guests was responsive again, and they were all laughing and talking. In the midst of this situation, the staff learned the guests name, and start using it, which in my opinion, made them family and not medically trained strangers. ❤️AFC exemplified a great illustration of instantaneous, don’t think but act, version team work. I had a long wait time, but considering everything that had gone on, it was no problem. Thank you AFC for being great!!!?

  What a great urgent care! The waiting area was clean and spacious. The receptionists were helpful. It was an easy process to check in. The staff was kind. The exam room was clean.   The wait is exceptionally long, especially when not felling well. There was only one provider in the building. Although I honestly did not see many patients (two people ahead of me) I still waited over an hour in the back after an extensive wait in the lobby just to see the doctor. However, the provider had exceptional bed side manners and was extremely pleasant.

  Receptionist and nurse were really nice. However the medical provider presented disinterested. He spent maybe 3 minutes with me. Even with me urging for help, he said he couldn’t do anything until I returned with stool samples. I went to hospital later. I have a ruptured appendix. So it was a waste of time and money.
