4 months agoI’ve been here twice with two different foot injuries, and been treated very well both times. Their staff are extremely kind and I was able to be seen quickly, they also explained their entire process to me and it was relatively quick considering getting x-rays and things like that. They called in their prescriptions for me and it was an overall easy experience. This is my go to in the Springfield area.a month agoThis was a wasted trip! Now I’m going to have another bill just for him to say “I’m not going to touch your left ear since it’s been reconstructed”. He said he didn’t have a suction machine in prompt care and the emergency room probably doesn’t have one either. I have symptoms of my voice vibrating and echoing in my head everytime I talked. I knew it was either an ear infection or my ears were impacted. There was very little wax in my right ear and they flushed it out with hot water and peroxide only to make things worse for me. The doctor’s name is Dr. Chris…he didn’t say his last name (which I thought was unprofessional). I have so much more to say, however it would take all day and I’m not going to waste another day away.4 weeks agoI explain to Dr what was going on with me and she said she didn’t say anything. I’ve had side effects before, so I know what I’m feeling I’m gonna go see my regular doctor tomorrow. I asked for the medicine I was given last time by my doctor. It doesn’t help when the doctor does not listen to you. I pay $30 of co-pay for nothing. I hate coming to prompt care, but I love my doctor was Springfield clinic. Is the only reason why I stayin the last weekStaff was very courteous and friendly. I was Abe to see a doctor right away. The whole visit was handled very professionally!

a month agoAwesome service at this facility. On a recent business trip I was in need of an urgent care facility. When I walked in I was greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful young lady for the check in process. I cannot over state how comfortable she made me feel. The nurses and doctors were also very attentive and showed a genuine caring attitude toward me. The doctor listen carefully to all my concerns. He also seemed very knowledgeable and professional. An awesome experience thank you for all you help.a month agoAwesome experience, even though I didn’t feel so good. Mary the Nurse who was there made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. X-ray, Lab and the attending physician were equally knowledgeable and helpful. I had forgotten her insurance information and was generally overwhelmed with her care. I am deeply grateful for the kind service and empathy we received at Springfield clinic. Thank you so much Crystal for helping me with the insurance information. You are a gem. Thank you also to our nurse Mary, whose care was over the top. Dr. Hendricks was very kind as well. Our mother received excellent care and we were sent on our way to enjoy our visit.4 months agoVery concerned, kind, thorough, and caring staff that took time to listen and answer questions and concerns. Beth, my NP, also called me at home with test results as they came in, sent them to my primary, and guided me in the next steps to try to help me feel better until I can see my Primary next week. The nurse that did my labs and heart test was equally amazing. I didn’t feel a thing when she did the blood draw for labs which is unusual. She was excellent too! Great experience and staff for feeling as bad as I felt.a month agoThe man who handled my visit, I believe he was a nurse practitioner did not seem to care much about illness. I had to ask for lab work and a follow up with my doctor. He seemed to want to rush me out the door. I told him I’ve had Bell’s palsy before and that I was experiencing the same symptoms. He completely disregarded what I had to say. I told that I had some cold sores as well. He was more focused on the fact that I had cold sores and only focused on that. When I told him half of my face has been going numb, down into my back and neck. He just said he doesn’t know why that’s happening, I expected some more follow up, but instead that’s where our interaction ended. He did prescribe me some antiviral medication. I hope it’s the right kind, because I’m very worried about the symptoms I’m experiencing and won’t beseeing my doctor until Monday. If I do have Bell’s palsy again, it’s something that needs to be treated right away for the medication to be effective. I think he should take his patients more seriously. I’m very disappointed with my visit. It has left me feeling like unheard.

2 months agoI was absolutely devastated when our boy took a turn for the worse and needed help crossing over Rainbow Bridge. The staff at the ER Vet could not have been more comforting, caring and compassionate. They allowed us to take our time in the process and I could not have asked for a better team to help us with such a difficult decision. I would recommend them a million times over!a week agoIf I had anywhere else to go I would have. They were more concerned about paperwork than seeing my dog. When they finally got to my dog I was told that he had bloat (gastric dilatation-volvulus) and did I want to save him? I immediately told them yes. I was told that they could pull everyone off what they were doing to do the surgery, like it was an inconvenience to try to save him. Then when the surgery was done and it was time to take him to my vet, I kept asking if he was in pain because of the way he kept drawing in and they said it was probably the gas. Which is part of the reason for the bloat ( only my research on the web) Again it was more important to do clean up to go home than make my dog comfortable. When I got to my vet they had to do another procedure to relive the gas, my vet never would say that they missed something but they said they would really like to open him back up to see what was going on, but he would not make it through another surgery. I lost my dog and I think if they would have cared more about him then the paperwork and whatever was going on he might still be with us today. And on top of that I got another bill 3 weeks later that I guess they missed a charge.2 weeks agoI visited this facility to euthanize my older dog due to health issues. Thankfully they were not too busy at the time and I was able to get in quickly. As soon as I walked in the door, I was given a room and staff was there to check me in. They walked me through the procedure and their options for aftercare. Everyone was incredibly patient and compassionate. This was a rough experience for me and they were so gracious with their services during a difficult time.2 months agoThank you for saving my mom’s pet’s life. What a great resource to have on weekends/evenings if your regular vet is unavailable. They did a great job communicating updates while he was there. Yes it is more expensive than the regular vet but it was worth it.a month agoI am so disappointed in this place! My dog had a 105 temp, ran all kinds of expensive blood work x-rays just to say everything looks normal and they don’t know what has caused the problem. I told them about some problems with her ears and could it possible be that but they said no it couldn’t be that. Only for me to take her to her regular vet all to find out she has severe ear infections and that was the cause of her fever. They charged me so much money for them to do absolutely nothing to help my fur baby! They should be ashamed
