  Pros: easy to set up appointment. Waiting time is exceptional. staff is friendly.

  Cons: After 7 days of waiting for my blood test results, I had to reach out to the clinic for results. It took two phone calls to get to the right person. The first rep said that he would email me the result, and none was sent. Second rep said that she had to reach out to the provider and that someone would call me with the results. I decided it was best for me to contact the PA directly at the clinic for results. IUC is so disorganized that it is best to self-advocate and find your own way to get what you want.

  Not sure I would go back, unless I had no other place to go.

  Great experience and interactions. Each member of the staff was polite and welcoming. The PA was very thorough and friendly. I appreciated that he also asked about many routine care items making sure that I was up to date on maintenance for my age. Would definitely recommend the team here.

  PA Alan McClintick is very thorough and keeps asking questions. He made sure he took all the lab work necessary and got me answers. Real answers I could follow up with and got me referrals. I recommend this urgent care as long as he is around.

  Booked an appointment online for a physical in advance and also received a confirmation email. But the center canceled my appointment right when I was about to leave home to get to the appointment (essentially 45 mins before the appointment). We were traveling in 10 days and it became difficult to get another appointment on time before our travel and delayed our application.

  Online appointment system cannot be trusted and the clinic cannot be trusted to keep appointments, creating a lot of delays where time matters. Would recommend to go a more trustworthy clinic.

  I went there yesterday and the Stevens creek location exceeded all my expectations. I had an appointment late evening for some test and was checked in right away and seen by Dr. Alan within 15 mins. Overall very smooth experience if you have prior appointment. The doc was good and attentive to the need. Never felt rushed.

  Worst experience ever! I had an appointment at 12:45pm and arrived 12:30pm to fill out forms. And waited 30min and the front desk staff told me there are still 2 patients ahead of me and need to wait for another 30min. They had no sorry no apologies. One staff said “our new system has some problem in registration, you just have to wait, everyone has to wait”. I was so hungry so I decided to move my appointment to 2:30pm in the afternoon and went for lunch. I arrived again at 2:15pm and their door was locked with a sticker note saying “we will reopen 2:45pm”. My appoint was transferred and confirmed in person with the front desk and it was 2:30pm. I can’t keep waiting so I left. Very disappointed with their service.

  Everyone was amazing! From the time you get there, all through the visit, and checking out – the staff were all very caring, knowledgeable, and kind. Other urgent care places can be sketchy. This one surprised with how professional they are. Highly recommend this one!

  Never wrote a review for an urgent care before but I will write on this one. First of all the front desk staff is SO rude. Second of all, I called few days earlier and they said that they DO accept Medical. When I arrived, they said that they DO NOT accept Medical… I’m so lucky I live 10 miles away. Can’t imagine if people who live further away get played like that. Oh, and…. NO APOLOGIES from them AT ALL…

  Caution: If you are new patient and scheduling appointments for Ramandeep , you are never gonna be seen. I was very disappointed when i was left with no answer or procedure for my health concerns yesterday. I had been here earlier for other issues but they really treated us well and gave expert care by Ankita not sure what was happening yesterday.

  They didn’t even check or suggested for any blood work to see vitals. I felt bad for wasting money on a consultation that was clearly unprofessional.

  The doctor here probably saved my life. I had some persistent heartburn that wasn’t going away so I made an appointment the night before and came in the morning expecting to just get some antacids prescribed. The doctor listened to me carefully, took my symptoms and concerns very seriously, and directed me to get a CT just to be safe. Turns out, I had a malignant tumor pressing on my heart and have Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. It was caught pretty early thanks to the urging of Dr. Felix for me to go get it checked out. I’m really grateful that he took my symptoms more seriously than I did, because of him I was able to get diagnosed so quickly and start treatment early.

  All the staff at Concentra are professional, courteous and take the time to explain everything to you. Dwahni the PT is very helpful with providing me exercises to help in my recovery and is very polite and professional.I would give the entire staff 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I’ve been here 4+ times due to a work injury and all the times I’ve waited at least 2 hours to be seen. And then when they do see you, it’s only for 5-10 minutes max. The people on the front desk are also not welcoming at all, and the one time I called ahead of time to see if an appointment of mine was approved from my workers comp they didn’t pick up, later letting me know that they just decide not to pick up the phone because “we’re too busy and the phone just rings all day anyways”. They’ve also not submitted requests to my workers comp insurance for physical therapy sessions because “the Doctor forgot” so my treatment was delayed. They’ve also gone on to treat me without my claim number for two weeks straight and then they told me if I didn’t submit it soon that they would have to charge me directly. This place is garbage. If there’s any motivation to stay healthy and not get injured again, this is definitely it.

  The only positive to this place is the physical therapy staff, they are actually the only reason why I can even tolerate this place.

  The clinic manager head nurse manager was rude, not helpful. Told me I couldn’t get my blood test because FedEx thad already came and took all the blood samples at 3:30 pm. I waited pleading that she take my blood test then Fed ex walked in at 4:30 and took the other blood work. So she lied about fed ex and there was no reason for her to denied service to me. Very poor service and I never got my blood test.

  Extraordinary wait time. Once seen, RN and physician were professional and extremely pleasant. TV choice was not suitable for young children! Scheduled for only a fit test, but received full staff physical. Improve wait time and Concentra would be excellent facility
