a week agoI’ve been several times at this Urgent Care facility. The receptionist was friendly and I was checked in immediately. Dr Mustag is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and has also a great sense of humor. The first time I came in with a ruptured Achilles tendon , last year I had a scratch on my eye and yesterday I was in because one ear was blocked. He handles everything very professionally and I feel I’m in good hands! He’s the best3 weeks agoIN SHORT, my experience in the office was 1st rate. The company’s communication system is absolutely horrendous. It’s definitely NOT set up with patients in mind.I arrived and was greeted cordially. There was very little delay and my Dr interaction was very good. Up to this point, a solid 5.
I left with an order for a CT scan. The CT place kept me holding for about 10 minutes, only to tell me they could not accommodate my needs for at least 17 days.
Next, when trying to call MD now for alternative instructions, I was on hold for no less than 12 minutes, then transferred to the Lighthouse Point location and treated to another 5 minute hold. Once I was able to get the Dr on the phone, he was very helpful.
2 weeks agoTook me in quickly. Did not leave me sitting in a little room for a long time before the doctor came The doctor and his staff are awesome. Left there feeling 100% better than when I walked in. This is definitely going to be my go to place when my primary is not available.3 months agoWeb check in – super easy. Waiting time- 5 minutes. 1/2 a form to fill out- easy peasy. From start to finish I was in and out within a half hour , and with a proper diagnosis. Great friendly service, knowledgeable team. For my first time going to an urgent care anywhere I must say it was a pleasant experience. Thank you so much!4 months agoI arrived at 5:30PM today seeking ‘urgent’ care. I was advised they have a new system and to register using a QR code and they would text/call because it was a 2 hour wait. An hour later, they call me and tell me that there is 1 person in front of me and that I would be in the back within 15-30 minutes. It is now 9:55PM. 4.5 hours later and no care. Multiple patients kindly asking how many patients ahead? How much longer? “The whole building is full of patients, we’ll get there.” “Not much longer” .. next hour goes by while you wait in pain… I asked for my money back. Couldn’t give me that either because they closed the drawers as they closed over 2 hours ago. Save yourself a headache and if you have urgent needs.. go somewhere else or take yourself to the ER. Even the ER will see you faster or at least check on you. Honest wait times give patients choices about their care. Especially in an urgent situation.

6 years agoArrived with sever tendonitis and bug bites . I asked to explain the costs vs paying flat rate the employee you see in the picture told me “i have something else i have to do, someone else will take care of you”, then that other person told me to wait. And wouldnt explain what they were going to charge me. Then i went next door to cvs spoke to a nice doctor at the clinic who explained everything. The woman who was too busy to explain had to do something important – she went to CVS to buy nuts instead. Dont go here.a month agoFirst time going here. I was greeted and attended immediately. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Another patient came in behind me and was very rude to her, but she was still polite. Dr Garcia attended me and discussed several different health tips, medications and diets. This will be me Urgent Care moving forward!2 weeks agoI brought my 17 year old daughter there last Thursday late afternoon (so I’m not sure the names of everyone) 8/24/23 and I was SO IMPRESSED! They were so kind and friendly and I never feel that in an urgent care. It was such a great experience. Thank you so much!!!a month agoExtremely clean. The staff is amazing with little wait time and so friendly. Everyone looks like they love their job. So, that makes feel like im in the right place. Blood work, workers comp, like a doctors office without the wait time of 45 minutes to an hour.a month agoMy husband couldn’t hear when he woke up. Took him to CareSpot Urgent Care and they saw him within a 1/2 hour. The medical assistant and the staff was great. They resolved his issue right away.

Dr, Clark is an excellent doctor, he is very knowledgeable about job.
