a month agoThe entire office is so helpful and understanding. Chelsey is amazing! She listens and I believe she truly cares about her patient’s. I have some different things going on and she’s been caring and compassionate. She takes time to answer all my questions. Her bedside manner incredible. Your practice exudes much courtesy. Today however Kelley had an emergency & could not see me but I met with Penny Brooks instead. She’s a phenomenal young lady & I’m most grateful for her medical expertise. Penny was very thorough in reviewing my blood work & CAT scan. I’m very impressed with how quickly things get done at this practice & I appreciate Penny being there to take over for another member of staff on short notice.2 weeks agoI an so grateful for Kelley Wise. She is always calming snd knowledgeable. She treats me with compassion. The staff is also so kind and I rarely have to wait for my appts. The office is efficient and welcoming.in the last weekI have been seeing Kelly for years and do not trust anyone else with my health. She listens, she is down to earth and she does not rush you out of the room. Thank you Kelly for another amazing visit this am.in the last weekNP Chelsea was very attentive and nice. Being new to the area I was nervous finding a new primary care, but I am so glad I found her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new primary care.

a month agoThe staff here and I mean ALL of the staff are absolutely wonderful, words can’t express, from reception to the MA to the DR. The best Medical Assistant is Ally/Ali, she is FABULOUS, especially with needles! I truly didn’t even feel it and we were talking so I didn’t even realize she had done it, now THAT is skill!! I highly recommend her and this location. I would give 10 stars if I could, truly. ❤️2 months agoStaff was fast and responsive. When my wife developed a rash on vacation, we went to this clinic. They confirmed our suspicions that she had shingles and , due to a preexisting condition , was at a risk of complications. They gave us clear options, and recommended which local ER would be best suited to help us, and they were absolutely correct. Will always recommend!2 months agoI am here now and just saw PA Dominic Ascioti. Great experience even though I’m not feeling great. Very thorough examine, clear explanation, answered all questions. Personable. Seen in timely manner.a month agoTWICE this office has misdiagnosed people in my family. The first, the doctor prescribed my teenage son a medication, I was told by another doctor, “fed” the infection which developed into MRSA within a few days. The second, if left with the Mediquick diagnosis, would have developed into a much more serious infection. Thank heavens he went to a different doctor, 2 days later, who diagnosed and treated him properly.a month agoI was seen this morning just getting over covid you couldn’t ask for a better experience I been going to medquick for over 20 never had a bad experience wish they could be my primary nicest people you ever want to know

3 weeks agoFirst and foremost why I deducted one star. Making a reservation is somewhat redundant… I had a reservation and 2 people walked in before me and were called first. While this is normal… my appointment time had come and gone by 2 hours. So what is the point of a reservation? Just walk in. Early morning or before close and they’re generally quick. However, everything else is great. The staff is always friendly and professional. Sam was a great nurse and Shea was our ARPN and she’s always fantastic. They take their time and listen. Definitely recommend for kids as well!3 weeks agoThe lady at the front desk during my time was extremely rude, but the doctor was very nice and my X-ray tech Sam was the true MVP! Such a great sense of humor and love for his job, he was a breath of fresh air after a long wait time. I highly recommend making an appointment for earlier in the day, and if you need imaging, Sam is the go to!2 months agoThe staff is exceptional, especially Pamela at reception. GPS got me lost and going down a one way. I tried calling to advise I was going to be late, but I get zero reception near there. She stayed on the phone with me for a long while repeating “I’m still here, I know you are trying to get somewhere you get reception”. That was so thoughtful and beyond what I would expect.The place was super clean too. (No one wants to feel like they are going to catch something at a doctors office)
I saw Joseph Zoppi who was patient, funny, and kind! He made quite the impression. My visit was thorough and fast. I will definitely return if I have another emergency and highly recommend Centra Care Palm Coast!
a month agoFront desk staff was friendly and helpful. NP Elizabeth Matey was right in and made sure to assess my needs thoroughly. My nurse, Sam was amazing, great personality and very informative. Hands down best experience here yet!a month agoAfter being refused treatment today at Palm Coast Family Practice and Walk-Ins (I would never recommend this unprofessional, poor excuse for a medical office). I found the best care here at AdventHealth Centra. The staff was courteous, caring and professional! I was seen in a timely, pleasant manner, and was on my way in no time. Just what I was looking for, for medical help and care. Thank you so much to Elizabeth Laura Matey, APRN and staff!!
