  I arrived at Westmed to find there were no patients ahead of me which was amazing to walk in and practically be seen immediately. From the front desk, nurses, doctor as well as the cleaning staff all was very kind, considerate and met my medical needs. This location was very professional as well as the staff morale appeared to be very high which allowed for a pleasant experience for me. I was very pleased with the bed side manner of my intake nurse to say “I am sorry you are not feeling well,” made me feel seen and cared for not just another patient. The doctor took his time to help me find my previous health charts online to ensure I was able to get the most effective medical treatment available. Keep up the great customer service Westmed!

  Wonderful experience. My first time here I came in for an ankle injury on a Sunday l. Including inpatient onboarding, wait time, X-ray, consultation, and follow up (crutches, aircast) I was in and out within an hour! Staff was professional, doctor was friendly, and also referred me to a specialist nearby for further validation. Excellent care all around.

  The doctor and yesterday, in particular, the nurse who helped me yesterday were truly wonderful. The front desk staff were (for the first time in my experience and this was my first time at the New Rochelle location) unbelievable rude and disrespectful, especially to sick patients. I’ve never experienced this at the White Plains location.

  I was a bit embarrassed about my medical issue concerning my well-being. I first met the nurse assessment she was very kind and she reassured me that Dr. Christopher Luke. is a very kind and understandable person when it comes to my personal sentiments. I’m so glad that I came to urgent care. I would recommend it to anyone. I am a Senior, when it comes to your medical well-being is best to react, and prevent from having serious matter. I am so glad that I met Dr. Christopher J Luke. He’s certainly gave me the reassurance that I need and I was able to communicate with him to let him know what was my medical matter.Westmed ?? is the best Medical Group that I ever gone to.   Do not come here for flu shots. I am truly sorry to write this review as I don’t want the staff to be negatively impacted but I must warn others. I had come in for a flu shot last year with no hassle. The nurses and doctors were wonderful and their bedside manner was top notch, every visit I had. What alarmed me was that two months later, I open a letter and discovered that I owe $570 which was peculiar because I only ever went for covid tests and a flu shot during the lockdown. It stated that the flu shot I had received was covered by insurance, but my visitation fee, which was over $500, was not. I was told that my covid test fees were not accounted for since they were covered by the government. I called my insurance to check this and they confirmed the rate. I checked and the fee for those WITHOUT insurance was less than $200. As college student working part-time, this is not a cheap bill. Again, the staff that were there were very kind and efficient at their job. It is advertised that they do regular seasonal flu shots but if you don’t have the best insurance, you might want to go to a CVS or a Walgreens instead.

  A Very Poor Experience! 1st – Neither of the two woman cared enough to come to the counter to assist me. Their response was to sit in the parking lot to complete the sign in process. Then I was told they couldn’t help AND they refused to provide any more information. 2nd – I believe that this is a EMTALA violation – You can not turn someone away that needs medical attention. 3rd – They called back about an hour later and I was unable to answer – you CAN NOT call them back and get a real person to assist.

  Great Northwell urgent care location! I came here for a wound from a kitchen knife and they saw me right away. Clean facility and friendly staff, the PA I had was gentle and helpful. I was in and out, they took me without an appointment. Thank you!

  I received prompt attention to my health issue. My caregiver seemed to truly care about my health issue. My caregiver asked a series of questions to help pinpoint my muscle spasm problem. Soon after leaving the facility I received a text from my pharmacist that my prescriptions were received. All this on a Sunday! Thank you Northwell Go-Health Urgent Care.

  On Feb 8th, I went to get the Covid test done for my daughter and myself and it was a smooth ride. 10-15mins of waiting and the antigen test was done. The doctor was nice and checked for flue as well. The place was not busy may be becoz we were there around noon.

  Doctor and support team were attentive although my Rx was not sent to the pharmacy as it was confirmed to me during visit. This unfortunately led to a longer wait for the medicine. AfterCare division was unresponsive afterhours & the phone experience was below standard. The next day all was resolved.

  Generally I have good experiences there but the last time I was left in the waiting area a long time. The check-in tablet told me to sit down as more information was needed, also indicating someone would call me for that information. No one did. I had to ask what is going on and was told I was supposed to go to the desk despite what their system told me. This needs to be fixed because not being attended to as people come in and skip ahead of you is unpleasant. Other than that, no complaints. Please fix the system to alert the front desk of the issue or direct patients to the desk. The medical care is good and expedient.
