  Ashley Stack is hands down the most helpful receptionist I have ever encountered at a walk-in. She cares about her patients needs, and has a sense of urgency that is NEEDED (and wanted) for urgent care. She patiently walked and elderly couple through their medical records and explained each topic with great detail for them to understand. Proceeded to offer cold water, and made sure TV was on and patients were comfortable. Ashley Stack is a very kind soul.

  All of the staff members were friendly and professional. This was my first time there, Makenna and her team were fast and efficient at getting me what I needed as quickly as possible. I left happy and satisfied in my choice to utilize AFC urgent care.

  Was able to make an appointment through their online booking with ease and was able to be seen after work approx 345-4pm on a monday. The front desk ladies were pleasant and helpful while checking me in. I waited maybe 15min to be called in, the nurse who took my vitals was personable and efficient. Once the doctor came In (another 5-10min) he had me in and out in no time and was very pleasant and informative. My script was ready to pick up by the time i got to the pharmacy. Thank you to the hard working staff here!

  Excellent care. I made an appointment the night before, went in on Monday. Little wait time. Great staff! I wasn’t near my regular services and was really happy with the care I received here.

  The staff over at AFC New Bedford was top notch and made for a very pleasant experience. I brought my son in today(8/24) after he complained of an earache. Being new to the area, I was skeptical but Naomi was courteous and very knowledgable when checking us in and helping resolve insurance issues. She took the time to call the carriers, which saved me from having to pay out-of-pocket. The nurse and physician assistant were also great with my son, making him feel comfortable throughout the examination. All of this happened in less than an hour – Amazing. Hopefully we won’t need urgent care anytime soon, but if we do, we know exactly where to go.

  Went there after after a razor and my thumb bone become good friends, stitched me up and sent me on my way. Very nice staff. 10/10 would go again next time I mane myself.

  The worst possible experience you can’t even imagine. The only reason we visited this place because their doctor is accepted by USCIS. Place is EXTREMELY DIRTY, employees have no idea about sanitary laws, like it’s 19th century. When doing blood test room was OPEN and they were taking a blood while I’m sitting on a hospital bed. All cabinets were messy, X-rays were done WHILE DRESSED and so on.

  Illegally double billed me. They tacked on all sorts of services that did not happen to the second bill making it a whopping $556. I called to dispute because I honestly thought they had mistaken me for a different patient and they hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the Mass Attorney General. I’ll be seeking legal representation if the fraudulent bill is not withdrawn.
