Once there, they treated me right away and staff was very helpful and provided a lot of knowledge. Highly recommend urgent care!a month agoThe staff here were awesome honestly, I had to take a DOT physical which involves a blood pressure test…I got really nervous, tried to calm myself down..wasn’t working. The staff gave me time to rest,talked things over with me and explained the certification process more clearly than I had understood to assure me everything was alright. I don’t have blood pressure numbers like I used to but the staff I feel went out of their way to help me calm down and bring my numbers down. Great care and advice to help me maintain better numbers. I’ll be back for my next DOT certification for sure2 months agoMy husband and I both ended up in urgent care, for different reasons, during a trip to NAPA. Both of our experiences at this urgent care were stellar. Getting an appointment was easy and fast. We were seen on time. Staff members are professional, prompt, caring, friendly, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and skilled. We were both helped greatly by the diagnoses and treatments that we received. They also followed up as they said they would. We give Double 5-Star ratings for our two perfect experiences!a week agoJustin is the most professional and highly educated PA ever! He is what medicine needs! His compassion and knowledge and the time GE took meant so much to us during our visit!3 months agoI had a great experience overall. All the staff work super efficiently. I did not have to wait long for anyone check me in or to see me. They were all very friendly and caring towards me. I would definitely go back the next time I need urgent care!

4 months agoThe receptionist have the worst hospitality etiquette, don’t know how to treat people. One time we were late 5 minutes to my son’s appointment and they refuse to get us in, today we have been waiting over 1 hour for a vaccination appointment they haven’t even made eye contact with us to let us know what is going on. They are however very prompt to go on break right at 1 pm.a month agoI have had the best care here at this hospital. The pharmacy is prompt, accommodating, caring, and patient. I am very grateful for the care I have received here.4 months agoDr Weixler in Behavioral Therapy gets an instant 5 stars. My dad, rest his soul, was a regular Dr, but I’m sure he’d give his approval. Be careful if you use Clinic Ole North Campus though for regular Dr visits, I’ve had mixed results. Basically I was told to go home and put an ice pack on a strange injury from a sinus infection and wasn’t asked to come back if my symptoms got worse. Well, here we have a classic case of Murphy’s Law and my massive sinus infection involved into something worse. As I mentioned off-hand, my own dad was a Dr, so I can tell you hands-down North Campus is a place you may surely need a second opinion on, but at least it’s a place you can get your prescriptions filled.6 months agoGreat place and very friendly and personable. Dr Jennifer Wilson and all staff are amazing? The dentist office and eye care office are also great!!11 months agoI was contacted due to some frustrations I was feeling and finally felt very heard and taken care of! Hopefully my issues will resolve soon and if not soon I hope my primary can solve it! Either way I was very touched by the empathy I was shown! They’re really working hard to ensure we’re taken care of!

6 months agoWe switch from dr Dermody from Napa Valley doctors to Kaiser with doctor Hasson, he is the bests, profesional, attentive, he listens and he actually wants me to get healthier and have started some treatment for preventing more damage to my health. It feels so reliving to have some one that actually care for my health. DON”T WASTE YOUR TIME TO VISIT HER
1st thing when the visit started with Dr Hefner is she said in the future we need to be there 15 minutes early. We responded that we would have been here earlier but we were told to go to Medical 1 which sent us to Medical 2 which told us to go to Medical 3. However, even after checking in we sat in the lobby for at least 5 minutes. Why do we need to sit for 20 minutes? What is the purpose of such a comment. If you want us earlier then set an earlier appointment. Then she asked does he need to stay? The Dr was pointing at my husband who was with me and my baby. I said I wanted him with me. She then asked 2 times if we were married. I do not understand why that matters but answered her both times. She then asked me 5 times who was my previous Doctor. I informed her 5 different times this was my first visit to Kaiser with the exception of me giving birth to my daughter. I have never been sick or injured and I am originally from India. So in the years I have been in the United States there was no reason to come in. She was very rude in her demeanor and the questions I thought were totally unnecessary and argumentative. She even said that something about my perfume annoyed her. In the future never wear any perfume. For the records it is a light spray I wear and I have never been so offended by a comment about my smell. I asked my husband when she left what he thought and he kept quiet during the whole interaction and usually he is very vocal. He said it was my visit and he did not want to interfere but remarked how rude and odd her behavior was. He questioned everything I was thinking. Based on both of us having the exact same opinion I was then sure I need to submit a formal complaint that has left me not only upset at the way we were spoken to but never wish to hear from this Dr again.
a month agoThey Don’t give you medical approval for Paraolympics and wont even let your own Doctor see the Medical Diagnostic Form, Although Alex from the Administration was able to help me and looked into my matter. I Appreciate the effort. I wish your system is more updated with the current day and age.5 months agoSince Covid so many support staff have been let go at both the Napa offices and the Vallejo hospital. Both my specialist have left and I was never notified. Their departments are now short staffed. The Doctors are overworked and hardly have time to examine you. Telehealth might have worked during the lockdown, but it is ridiculous to continue. I have been a member since 1985, almost 40 years and the current care is not up to standard. I have spoken to MULTIPLE people who say the same thing.6 months agoVery friendly staff here. I had an ear cleaning performed on myself today. All of the employees that I talked to were really nice & helpful. I’m super grateful that my employer offers the option to go here.
