  I did not felt welcome or taken care of. Their first visit I had due to an head injury I felt like the Doctor was insulting me for taking an ibuprofen for my headache instead of Tylenol. I’m not a medical student or worker, some of the medical stuff I wouldn’t understand, which the doctor could just nicely tell me the difference instead of insulting me to my face.And throw joke, that is very unprofessional . And then after they send me to take a ct scan test, and when they got the results, the same doctor called me and when I told her can I meet and talk to you during my appointment since I’m at work atm. She kept saying that oh I can just release you through phone, she did not want me to go to my appointment or something? Like my appointment didn’t even take that long at the end anyways. like I needed that followed up check up since I had more questions up on my head injury. And when I went back to my follow up appointment she just came in, talk to me for 2 minute asked me how I was, after I told her how I have been feeling all she said is okay here is your release note. Literally did not even take 10 minute and she wanted me to leave, when I waited for her for such a long time. The doctor is very irresponsible, if doctors there are only to insult you, call u when you’re working, and don’t even do a proper job as a doctor then maybe just stay home?

  Wait times are ridiculously long.front desk staff needs better training on customer service.After they send you to wait room to see your doctor expect to wait at least 2 hours with no courtesy updates.I would not recommend this place to anyone specially if you have at least 3 hours to spare just to have a 15 min max interaction with a so called doctor. For your own sake please go else where

  The 2 receptionists were very rude. They made us wait and then informed us that they don’t take United Health Care. It was a bad experience. The nearby Action urgent care is much better and provided a better checkin experience

  Worst experience ever. The nurse practitioner, whose name is Nisha is terrible and dangerously irresponsible. I need two types of urgent medicine to be taken immediately within 24 hours, Nisha not only made the duration of the first medicine two days less than the standard treatment duration, she also made the dose level of the second type of medicine half of the minimum dose level. I am lucky the pharmacist noticed me about the issue and I called her back so that she can can change the prescription for me. Imagine nobody found out this issue, the medicine that I am going to take will be ineffective and my health and time will be wasted! She can’t explain things clearly in the clinic, and she seems sleepy when talking. She is not responsible and dangerous.

  I hate my experience here! It delayed my treatment!

  Horrible experience. They gave wrong diagnosis and medication causing the situation to worsen and I had to consult with a different urgent care. On top of that they kept pestering for payment when I had filed for a dispute already stating the situation of incorrect diagnosis and treatment. They can’t seems to get their process in place. I would avoid this place. I gave in eventually made the payment and they never got back to me on my dispute.

  This was a smooth experience. The reason I chose an online appointment was because I had a similar experience before, had to be at work and was going out of town the next day: I needed easy and fast. Booking the appointment was simple. The only reason it is a four star is because my link to Zoom didn’t work, so there was some workaround time, which made me nervous, but it worked out. Assistant who did my intake was very friendly and professional. The doctor was the same and was able to help me. Overall, about 25 mins. Great experience.

  Had a respiratory infection went to get antibiotics, my doctor was away for vacation. They changed me full price then billed my insurance , basically doubled billing me and the insurance company. Called to resolve this no answer no call back to vm or email. No accountability at all. Spent hours listening to there hold music. Sure I got the meds I needed but they gouged me out of 250 then billed the carrier 306 . Now they won’t respond to our calls mine or the carrier. Worst experience yet . Stay away from this place

  I went to action urgent care for my little kid who had fever and ear ache. Was able to get the appointment quickly and the front desk was very responsive to help in scheduling. After reaching there it was very quick to meet the Dr and able to diagnose quickly. This was the quickest urgent care visit ever for me.

  The urgent care facility on Landess was excellent. The staff was kind and friendly, and the doctor had a great sense of humor that my child really appreciated. Additionally, the facility was exceptionally clean.

  Been here twice for my grade 2 daughter, they tested very detailed and very helpful. If you can register through their App and make an appointment, you can choose most of the time slot in the same day. Very convenient, Monday morning more patient as my experience.

  My throat started itching and coughing really bad and often my ears started to hurt when I cough aggressively. I went online to check the symptoms. It was similar to throat cancer. I got worried. Anyways I was going to go emergency since I couldn’t reach my doctor and it was already around 7:15pm. I was really uncomfortable each time I cough because my ears hurt. I decided to call my insurance to see if they have any recommendations. I was told that I can go to Urgent Care instead of Emergency. So I checked online for the closes location that is available for Walk-In that’s open that time. I called Action Urgent Care because they were open and told me to get there before 8:30pm because that’s the last walk-in. I went there and the wait was only about 15-20 minutes. I described my symptoms and took some tests. Found out that I had a Strep Throat and Ear Infection. All I needed was antibiotics. When I told the doctor my concerns, she kept asking me why did I assumed it’s Throat Cancer. I told her because I checked online. She keep on lecturing me about going online to get diagnosed. Then she barely wants to answer some of my questions. She made me feel stupid for even questioning. Overall I like that I can go there instead of emergency and the wait time was good. I just feel like she should be more sympathetic about my worries instead of making me feel dumb. Anyways I did get my antibotics the next morning because I didn’t want to drive far to find an open pharmacy at that hour. Now I’m back to normal.

  I came here last week for urgent care. The good part about this UR is that they take appointments and there are so many slots available. When I arrived they checked me in and took me in about 20 min after my appointment time which I was OK with. Then they checked vitals and swabs for covid. Took about 30 min more before the “doctor” walked In. Everything was fine until she walked in. She didn’t introduce herself. Didn’t even look like a doc and didn’t have her badge on. She started rambling on about my symptoms. She didn’t do anything. Checked my throat and asked a few questions and within 30 seconds recommended I get antibiotics. Are you kidding me? This is why there’s antibiotic resistance!! I told her no thanks I don’t want the prescription and challenged her multiple times and then left. I’ll never go back due to this terrible visit with this “doctor.” Stay the hell away.
