a month agoNeeded a quick physical to clear my daughter to play school sports. We got an appointment the same day and did not have to wait when we got there. The staff was pleasant. The doctor did a quick but thorough job, even giving some follow up suggestions about a concern that our regular pediatrician had basically ignored. I would definitely recommend StatMed.2 weeks agoSummary: If you need urgent care go here. It’s a $200 flat rate to be seen + additional costs if you need additional services (injections, x-rays, etc). As of 09/2023 this is a very fair price.Detailed: I was seen by Lauren (Front Desk), Veronica (Medical Assistant), and Kellie (Nurse Practitioner). All three staff members were friendly, efficient, and clearly answer any questions.
Financial: I spent hours stressing out about which urgent care to go to, how it would pan out without insurance (paying out of pocket), and if the urgent care facility was going to cheat me. Lauren explained how the payment system worked and was very transparent what to expect. My friend, a former Family Care MD, said that an urgent care visit is typically $250-500 depending on what needs to be done. STAT MED Urgent Care’s pay scale was right on the money. I spent $30 at CVS getting the prescription filled for a total out of pocket expense of $230. That’s $230 well spent rather than risking a worsening illness that could develop into a $10k hospital stay.
Care: Veronica and Kellie were friendly, yet down to business. Efficient and focused, they asked targeted questions to assess my medical condition and how to proceed from there. I expressed my anxiety over the complexity of the medical industry to Kellie and she bantered with me; instantly melting my tension. Her energy put me at ease.
This was one of the most pleasant medical experiences I’ve had. Clear and simple, comforting and quick. I recommend STAT MED Urgent Care.
2 weeks agoI’ve seen a few different providers in the last couple of years and they are all amazing! The whole staff makes sure that you understand what is going on and what the next steps are. They are very efficient and everyone seems to care about you the patient. I will gladly drive from Tracy to be seen when I need to go to urgent care.in the last weekNurse was very friendly and patient with my grumpy 4-year-old. Doctor was quick and straight to the point. Best part, they did not require masks.4 months agoGreat experience! I booked an appointment the same day and as seen 30-minutes later. The Front Office Associate, Back Office MA, and on-site PA were all very kind and attentive. They addressed my issues quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this location! 2 months agoSince my last post there has been improvements at this location. From my understanding they have new cleaning crew which are doing a better job. The facility still needs a deep cleaning. The amount of dust build up on top of the lockers, on the light fixtures really needs to be addressed in a deep cleaning throughout the entire facility. They are currently working on bringing in 12 new steppers which will be great. There was only one or two that were actually functional. Overall aesthetically very appealing when walking in the door. All equipment was stacked on their designated locations. Floors, counters and railings all seem to be wiped down.5 months agoTrash everywhere. Weights don’t get re-racked. Employees seem to be hiding, I never see them on the second floor. Worst 24 I’ve ever been to. (All of this just from today, so tired of this)2 months agoWorst 24 I’ve been too. Management is too lazy to even replace the clips. NO CLIPS, no pull down ropes, one super worn out one about to snap?. My high school gym in Iowa makes this place look like 3rd world country. . so if you’re trying to go heavy on squats I would bring your own.100% on management can’t walk around and simply see that your place is lacking…. switching to fitness 19. I just got out of the Marine Corps as Captain – we would label this unsatisfactory. This is not it.
4 weeks ago2 stars for a somewhat reasonable price (50 a month if you sign a year contract) for a large gym, a large number of Olympic platforms on the 1st floor, and good front desk service any time I have needed it.Otherwise, there is a large number of issues, primarily:
– Very crowded Mon – Fri after work – Not enough flat benches at ALL for a gym this size. Prepare to wait for a flat bench almost every day of the time. – Broken/malfunctioning cardio equipment everywhere. Half of the treadmills will come to abrupt stop while you are running. Only 1 of the 3 rowing machines had a functioning display, and now I think they are all broken. – A lot of the Olympic platforms are in serious need of repair. The rubber sides are so sunk in that if you deadlift, it turns it into deficit deadlift because of how sunk in the plates are on each side. – Bottle filling stations are broken half the time. – Last workout there, the first 3 paper towel dispensers I went to were out of paper towel rolls. I gave up after that.
Overall, it’s not the worst option if you just want to get in and get out, and lock in a decent monthly rate, but all of the cons won’t let me give this gym more than 2 stars.
5 months agoVery busy, not as clean as it use to be. Most everything works, only a few machines or equipment down. Friendly staff. Location has pool, wet and dry sauna along with basketball and racket ball courts. Great full service gym.

a month agoEach time I’ve visited this health clinic, I’ve had consistently positive experiences. For some reason, I’ve found my experiences here to be notably better compared to other Sutter Health locations. The health practitioner, nurse, and front desk receptionist were all friendly and hospitable, contributing to a welcoming environment. They created a warm atmosphere. My health practitioner, in particular, took the time to thoroughly address all my questions, and I left feeling well taken care of.4 weeks agoThey were on time and very professional and very courteous. The doctor was very good and checked all the symptoms and asked me questions about the illness.The office was very clean and new looking. You couldn’t ask for anything more, they took me right away, doctor came right in, and took great care of me, that to me is 5 star service. Thanks Doc, I feel better already.2 months agoI’ve been to this location twice, once for a vaccination, and another time for a walk-in appointment after making an appointment less than an hour before. On both occasions, the visit was quick, professional and proficient. While the staff members were different on both visits, the treatment was exceptional in both cases. I would readily go back, and I would recommend the location for others. Very good patient service.a month agoI had bug bites with infections (suspected tick bites), feeling the condition won’t get better by itself, so I made an appointment to visit Sutter Walk-In Care – Dublin.The appointment step is very straightforward (I did it online), Once I was in the clinic, the staff is friendly, and the wait time is very short.
After a though check, the physical assistant (Ms. Phung) gave me a very clear explanation of her diagnosis, the treatment plan and various contingency schemes in case the original treatment doesn’t work as expected.
Overall, a very satisfactory experience.
a month agoFirst, its not a walk-in care you need appointments which defeats the purpose. Second, I expected to get prescription for the ailment I went there for but was said they don’t provide any for that – basically they only prescribe for limited ailments. After forcing them to prescribe they did. Overall experience was not good. Better to go to a place where there is a physician.
