  Came in for a drug test today, Allison took care of me as she treats you in a very professional and caring manner. Gave me my paperwork and was able to answer any questions I had. She always very kind and nice with a big bright smile ?. Marty who took me back for my drug test once again professional and answered any questions I had for him. It was pretty quick to get this done on a Friday as only had 2 people in the lobby. I recommend this Concentra over many other places as I’ve always been treated great by the stage here. This is a reflection of the great management they work under. Nurse Liz was also very helpful and professional

  9/12/23-approval to see physical therapist was not sent after appointment where doctor approved it. This delayed my car for two weeks of physical therapy where I was off work and just hanging out being hurt not getting better.

  8/29/23 I Waited 55 minutes before i was called back for accupuncture appt, it wasnt crazy busy, but still an unreasonable wait. Takes a while even if it seems empty. I politely asked how much longer 40 mins in and was told waiting for a room to open up. Wife waiting in the car and need to get the kids from school soon. This place need to book less or have more people or rooms.

  2019-People are nice thoroughl and they treated me well. Dr Harwer and Record have seen me and they were both great.

  Extremely long wait time. Physical exam took more than 3 hours, on a walk-in only basis (no appointments offered). Waited more than an hour to get called in, nurse performed a 5-minute quick assessment, then again waited for more than 1.5 hrs inside the exam room to get seen by a doctor. Doctor came in an did a 2-minute quick evaluation to get me out soon cus he knows I had been waiting long. The staff and healthcare team try their best though and work hard despite a seemingly stressful environment. They strive to remain courteous and professional.

  Nurse I worked with was AMAZING!! So friendly, personable and made me laugh! I was just there for a pre employment health scan but I felt like I got not only great info from doctor but also learned my eyes needed to be checked … made an eye appointment right after and sure did need some glasses! I got wayyy more then what I planned! ?? highly recommend this place for any needs or illnesses!!! 200/10 ⭐️

  My experience was horrible. I went to the lake forest location and had to wait almost 3 hours. When the doctor finally saw me she was super rude(i forget her name but she was short and had a bob cut). She told me they weren’t going to treat me and she was writing it off as a non work related injury. She wouldn’t answer any of my questions. It was a foot injury so she told me to just not do any extensive walking, but then proceeded to tell me I was going back to work where the job requires me to walk an average of 10 miles per shift. I talked to HR at my work about it after it happened, and they said that was unheard of and I shouldn’t have been denied care. It wasn’t the doctors job to decide whether or not I was eligible for treatment, it was the company I work for and HR’s decision. I had all the correct forms authorizing me for treatment. I ended up going through my primary care doctor and I had pinched nerves all throughout my foot and stress fractures. Concentra needs to get its act together and be professional. It was an insane, time wasting, and upsetting experience.

These guys defied expectations with a commendable combination of professional, personable, and efficient service, from the front desk to the technician that ran me through the gauntlet.   The entire experience was pleasant starting with the front desk personnel who were engaging, friendly and so helpful. The person who guided me through the test was so kind and explained each step in a thorough and professional manner. She was also hilarious which took the edge off my skittishness towards the procedure. In total, it was excellent and can not thank everyone involved for their participation in this visit.

  What a wonderful experience I had. I didn’t expect everyone to be so friendly and kind. They were patient and funny which helps if you get nervous at the Dr’s. They explained everything along the way and made me feel at home. I got my physical done here for school and I highly recommend them all. The staff is amazing! If I ever need an urgent care this is my place to go. Thank you Concentra!

  I want to preface this by saying that especially when it comes to medical care, you are always going to find mixed reviews. People are rarely going to enjoy experiencing extreme illness, injury or emergencies and sensitivies to experiences will shape opinions greatly.

  That being said, Concentra Rockfield was a major help during an extremely difficult week for me. I have a permanent injury that occasionally requires unexpected and quick treatment.

  I went in at the end of the day on a Friday to be seen and really needed some miracle help. I was seen very quickly and in contact with the doctor within 20 minutes of arrival.

  Both the doctor and the administrative staff were extremely understanding, caring and responsive. They actually listened to me and helped provide a response to my situation that left me feeling better by the time I left the office.

  They are an Urgent Care facility, not an ER and not a specialized care unit. They can’t work miracles. But they certainly did a great job of helping me and providing me professional and courteous care. Thank you, Concentra Rockfield.

  Personnel very pleasant. Paoline was the person who did my procedures and she was sooooo courteous and explained everything what we were going to do. And upon discharge she gave me the times I needed to follow up on my TB results. She was very thorough and so pleasant.

  Great hospitals study all of their systems and processes. Hoag has created a beautiful, well-run facility in Foothill I discovered yesterday when I visited Urgent Care for a possible fracture. Check-in, nurses, radiologist and doctor were all sharp, compassionate and seemed happy to be working there—all good signs for quality health care. My foot is broken and I have a follow-up scheduled with a specialist. But I left with a foot shoe and hope. High recommend this place.

  This is the BEST urgent care I have ever been to. They are very thorough and take the time to truly help you. The wait time was minimal and I was able to see the doctor right away. The doctor even followed up with me to make sure I understand everything with test results, etc.. Now that I found this urgent care I would never go to a different one. 5 stars!!!

  Got there with several back pain. The front desk person said it would be an hour waiting…. They tried to accommodate everyone. Didn’t have to wait to long and loved the doctor took care of me. She took her time explaining and asking questions. Will definitely recommend this urgent Cate location.

  I went to Hoag Urgent Care after suffering for 4 days from severe back pain! I was greeted with professionalism, kindness and a very thoughtful Associate! I was quickly taken to an examination room and made to feel very comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting and being attended to by Dr. Mcatee. He was amazing. He knew exactly what was wrong, gave me guidance on next steps and provided me with immediate relief!!!! I am incredibly grateful and couldn’t be more thankful!   Had a great experience at this urgent care location. Made an appointment online and the process was easy without any complications. Everyone was very nice, professional, and caring.
