a week agoI have been to many medical facilities (as a career-long RN) so I recognize quality when I see it. The entire place was immaculate…even the bathroom. Charlotte was friendly and helpful. Great place to go. I am recommending this place to everyone.2 weeks agoWent for a drug screening for a Union Operator Placement at a new company; 7 days later I was finally contacted by Concentra to provide prescription details, which takes another 24 plus hours to verify. Insanely long time to wait for drug testing results, never have had a drug testing company take this long; plus to be not able to work for over 7 days due to this; in very poor. Staff at initial testing facility were nice3 months agoI went in for a government required medical exam and Lisa was very helpful with the whole process of filling out paper work and explaining the process. The physician I saw was very thorough in the assessment and every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. Overall, I was pretty happy with my experience at Concentra.a year agoIf you need someone done for work or whatever, DO NOT COME HERE!!! They let you sit in the waiting room for an hour before putting in paper work to actually get you “clocked in”. They are slow and they all seem very unprofessional. 5 months agoThis medical center exceeded my expectations in every way possible! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and felt immediately at ease. The medical staff were attentive, patient, and thorough in their assessments, and made sure to address all my concerns and questions. I was particularly impressed with their expertise in treating respiratory issues, as well as their ability to provide on-site X-rays for fractures and sprains. I left feeling well taken care of and confident in my treatment plan. I highly recommend this medical center to anyone seeking exceptional healthcare services.3 months agoI have been treated twice in the last month at Kenosha Urgicare, and I can’t tell you how thankful I am for their quick, kind, compassionate care they’ve given, not to mention the correct diagnoses and treatment they have given. You’re the best!2 months agoI arrived 7/14 at like 415 and there was only a grandma and her grandson there and it was warm inside but figuring it was 95 outside! My reason for the visit was I believed I had shingles. It didn’t seem busy and I remember the clerk going back talking to the girls about cherries and if you wanted some. I was taken into my room about 15 to 20 minutes after arrival and it was warm in the room as well. I was seen by Imelda, Forsberg NP. We talked for about 5 to 7 minutes regarding my rash and she claims she has great knowledge in Shingles. Since 2019 I’ve had them five times along with a vaccination. She even asked me about my treatment with Fuhad as he is the one that has diagnosed me in the past for shingles- My visit was cut short as the clerk upfront came and told her she had phone calls so she left me sitting for another 15 minutes in that room I had to walk out I was sick. I was extremely overheated and starting to feel sicker than when I arrived! She was sitting at the desk. I asked her is there air?? Forsburg said she turned it off! The thermostat on the wall said it was 81 and I told her I was sick and I feel like I wanted throw up and she did and offered me NOTHING! I went to the waiting room and paced and breathed and went back to Foresberg STILL at her desk telling me I couldn’t leave, she had other patients before me and she needs five more minutes! I told her I was sick and overheated I needed to go, and she made me feel terrible! I got papers from the girl that did my vitals and told her I felt the need to throw up and she did nothing! I will never return to a place that does not treat people with any humane actions! I told the girl after waiting for the last final five minutes when she gave me my paperwork how sick I felt and there’s not throw up no one offer me anything not even a glass of water! Funny, but highlighted in pink says, increase fluids under my special instructions from the provider, yet as I was beat red, sweating, and clearly telling them how sick I felt from the heat that they allowed me to be in and remain in over a rash! I also cannot believe that when you tell everyone your sicker then when you arrived and feel like you want to throw up – they let you get behind the wheel of a car.5 months agoI was impressed by the range of services offered, including everything from routine wellness checks to specialized care for injuries and infections. The medical center’s commitment to patient education was also evident, as the staff took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options in a clear and thorough manner.5 months agoI was particularly impressed by the expertise of the medical staff in treating a variety of conditions, including eye infections like pink eye and sties, as well as respiratory issues like bronchitis. The staff were attentive and compassionate, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

a week agoI’m from out of state and needed to visit an urgent care facility on a Sunday morning. This clinic was wonderful, with kind and compassionate people from the receptionist, to the medical assistant, to the doctor, to the nurse, and to the on-site pharmacy. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a very short wait time. Highly recommend!2 months agoNicked myself using a tree trimmer. Could have been a lot worse. Required only 4 stitches. Glad this urgent care is open later than most. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in an urgent care. All the nurses were extremely friendly. I wish I could remember all their names to mention them. I was in and out in less than an hour. I really appreciate the great job they did!a month agoI have never had a pleasant experience with the doctors at this location; they do not listen to their patients. The time it takes to get seen is ridiculous, but it really does depend on how busy it is. The nurses and staff otherwise are nice and personable.I have been seen at least twice by the same doctor, and both times had concerns brushed off completely. I have a syndrome that affects my hormones and other things. Some medications make it much worse and will leave me on bed rest for days. In both visits, I have voiced this, and in both visits, I was prescribed a medication that makes me ill. With this specific doctor, they came into the room for less than 5 minutes each time, said her peace, and bearly let me speak before her hand was on the door handle. The first time this happened, I was unable to work for 2 weeks and had to go to Fredort to get a different medication before I was able to get in with my primary.
I would not go here or avoid it is possible if you have any preexisting medical conditions; The doctors are not accommodating in my experience. Everyone’s experience will be different but I would advise against it. Have a beautiful day
2 months agoWhy exactly am I being made to announce WHY I am here so everyone in the waiting room can hear? Isn’t that what the form is for? Even when I say “urgency care to see a doctor” they insist on a VERBAL REASON or will stare at you blankly. Privacy should be significantly more important than your convenience for verbally understanding why I am medically here before written explanation.5 months agoI am very grateful for the PA who saw me on the 4th. I have been nauseated since my surgery over a month ago. He went above and beyond to get all the details with the nurse and then think outside the box to offer a solution to help. For the first time I am feeling better. Not 100% but function able. The over the counter options he gave me have worked better than Any prescription meds except for when they were given by IV.So Very Grateful For Him.
