2 weeks agoBestMed Urgent Care! This place was recommended by a friend. Everyone was very nice. I didn’t have to wait long. Dr Becky is amazing! I felt very cared for. This will be my to go place when I’m unable to see my regular doctor.3 weeks agoI cannot say enough good things about Best Med. There were no long forms to fill out. I was brought back to the treatment room very quickly. Becky was my provider and she was outstanding. Nobody wants to go to urgent care, but I know where I will be going from now on.2 months agoThe nurses at the Richland location were a bright light in my dark and dreary sick world. Just them being who they are and being so helpful made me feel better. That’s a gift and it’s nice to have nurses like that around. Wish more were like them. Very knowledgeable and genuinely sincere. The doctor at the Keene Rd location was great as well. Confident and to the point, which is what I look for in a doctor. So, absolutely, I will only recommend Best Med for a clinic when it comes time. The staff alone made this establishment the only one I’ll go to in the future. Thank you!4 months agoEven though they were short staffed they were able to see me almost immediately after I arrived. The front desk staff was friendly and when I mentioned I had new insurance they informed me of my fees and made sure I understood what I was responsible for. The medical assistant and PA were kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I was very sick and under a great amount of stress and worry when I arrived. They reassured me I would be taken care of. I just switched insurance and finding new medical providers and understanding the new coverage has been difficult. This clinic made the experience very easy and I will use them again and recommend others as well. Thanks to them, I am finally feeling better and on the mend!3 weeks agoThis was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. I checked in online and they let me know via text what time to arrive. I arrived about 20 minutes early, and they still got me in right away. The staff was friendly, and the appointment was quick and easy.

3 weeks agoDr.Burton is the best PCP I’ve ever had! I’ve been seen by him since around 2020, and I hope I never have to switch. Amazing bedside manner, you can feel the genuine care and concern for your health and well-being. He is kind, caring & thorough. Dr.Bruce is another exceptional provider who I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing before as well, she definitely shares the same qualities!a week agoI have always had trouble finding doctors. Not only did Miramar get me a appointment in a decent time frame the gave me a Dr I am super happy with. I have had a few appointments there now and they all have gone great from terms of communication and care.2 weeks agoEveryone here has been super supportive of me, my health And my recovery from drug addiction. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get health care. They are always so nice and patient and thorough. Never rushing me through. Always listening and attentive to my needs. I have had good experiences here. They are on time with appointments and getting blood work is really convenient since they do it in the same building.

2 weeks agoThey are great, fast, easy to schedule and convenient. They have great staff that care about my health. The providers and medical assistant are really awesome there.7 months agoUrgent care, you need an appointment for, walk in and you will be told you need an appointment no matter your condition or symptoms, you may be told to do an on line consultation so you can be told you need an appointment. If you actually need urgent care don’t waste your time. The good part is they are rude while telling you this. Just go to the emergency room down the street they are polite and efficient.a year agoThe staff are great and we’re helpful (hence the two stars). The billing policies are TERRIBLE if you use your insurance apparently. Their FAQs on their website state that a visit is $149 if you pay out of pocket (no insurance). Their website states “If you have insurance, ExpressCare uses a tiered pricing model aligned to your plan that ensures affordability for all our patients while still remaining competitive in the local market.” I figured my bill wouldn’t be higher than the $149, considering I have decent insurance. Wow, was I wrong! Just my visit (no labs) was billed at $314! I have been to several ExpressCare locations prior to Kadlec being acquired by Providence and received good care at a reasonable price. I guess Providence has different ideas about how to operate and they involve fleecing their insured customers. Beware!11 months agoLady working the front desk was kind enough and it was convenient to set an appointment. However, the physician was rude and seemed in a rush to finish my appointment. No compassion at all, it seemed like it was all just business to her.9 months agoshowed up 4 minutes late due to pulling over and throwing up on the way here. so therefore we weren’t deemed good enough, they canceled my appt. when I truly need medical assistance, this is how you roll! ?
