in the last weekI took my daughter here last week to be seen. The front desk rep Amelia was very rude & I mean to the point I wanted to say something but my daughters pain mattered more to me. Came in she barely gave any instructions. When I came to the desk to ask her a question she was rude about it. I’m such a patient nice person that I was taken back from it. I didn’t know I had to check in online. All she asked was did I have insurance. I said yes we do. She was helping another customers so I went to sit down to wait. When I came back to the counter to ask if there were some forms I needed to be filling out she stated verbatim “ yea I asked you if you had insurance and you walked away” she literally turned away from me and looked back at the computer” I explained that I said yes. And that she didn’t respond and was helping a customer so I wanted to get out their way and not be standing over the persons back. After explaining she again got smart & turned away from me. I asked her, her name and asked was she okay? Because I try to give people grace. I know people have bad days. But she is extremely rude! The nurse & doc were awesome however.Update: the way the business responded to my post is unacceptable. Especially reading other responses. You started with an apology on the review before mine!
3 weeks agoThe front desk patient rep was extremely rude. When patients are in a crisis, we don’t need non – verbal pointing in vague directions for paperwork and masks.She did greet me, barely, and told me to fill out paperwork while pointing. I was confused for a second when she said “right in front of you”
When I asked where the masks were, she gave a vague point in a direction. I told her I wasn’t sure where she was pointing. She responded with an exaggerated arm gesture and “if you move a few inches that way, you’ll see them” it was just condescending. I’d suggest training your employees to use their words the first time.
The nurse practioner, Stacy was fantastic. Got me everything I needed and was very communicate and helpful.
I get that working with the general public can be a pain, and that front desk is a thankless job.
But people who are coming to receive urgent medical are already stressed.
They do not need to deal with an attitude. Patients do not want to be there any more than staff does.
a month agoAll of the entire staff are exceptional every time I come here. I will not go to any other urgent care facility. The doctor always takes her time & gives me a thorough examination to come to a diagnosis. Keep up the excellent care you provide to your patients. Have a great weekend.a month agoVery clean and well run with pleasant staff. Easy to sign in via their app, to save time. I got a text when it was time for me to arrive at the clinic. Nurse practitioner diagnosed it immediately and presented options. I’ll go back.2 months agoDon’t bother checking in online. The whole point was so my mother in law could wait in comfort at home. Got a text “we’re ready for you!” hurried over, and on arrival were stuck in the waiting room almost an hour. Nice people though, especially the nurse practitioner. Once back in the treatment area she was treated kindly and competently.

a week agoVery pleasant receptionist, got me checked in quickly. Was seen by Orthodontist quickly. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood plan of care. Very nice atmospherea month agoDr. Voss is a very nice woman that isn’t just for the employer with this being work comp. She actually treats and cares for you. The girls that check you in are so nice even when busy especially hailey and ebony. The physical therapy girls Sarah I believe and Emily are so amazing and even though you are in pain they’re compassionate and try to just keep you active in anyway possible. Very impressed with the care so far. Even the pharmacy guy that brought me my medicine the last couple times there was overly nice told me thank you a couple times, asked how I’m doing , and even tells me have a great day all I do is see him for 2 minutes 10/10 for an overall rating. Very fast in and out once you do your initial visit.a month agoI went in for a pre employment physical & drug screen. The entire staff was amazing! Heather was extremely professional and welcoming. Concentra is LUCKY to have such a wonderful employee! Give her a raise and don’t let her go!3 months agoI called ahead of time and was told that I didn’t need to make an appointment for my drug screen and physical. When I arrived I was told if I made an appointment it would have went faster. I had to wait for over an hour to be seen. The nurse that seen me was great I don’t remember her name but she was really nice. But whoever answered the phone originally when I called needs to be retrained.6 months agoI found the office clean. The nurse who assisted me was very nice, caring , and compassionate. She got the needles in easily to draw my blood, but my veins rolled so had to find the right vine. She was kind and apologetic. She asked for help and it went just fine. I had quite a few tubes drawn. I got in very quickly even without an appointment. My only problem was that I couldn’t find a phone number with a real person to make an appointment. I would like to see my test results, but can’t get into my account or talk to a real person.very frustrating.

in the last weekStaff acted like they were upset that they were at work. Not very friendly. Nurse assistant took blood pressure, did not check pulse or temperature. Doctor came in with his computer notebook, asked what was I there for, probably spent two minutes with me. Had Mr ear irrigated, did no good. Girl left and said I guess you can go. No, we waited for doctor to come back, he said oh, your ear is wet (because it was just irrigated) the doctor said he would put me on a steroid (my ear was swollen inside) but he didn’t think it would help. To use ear drops, and come back in a week if it wasn’t better. Never listened to my heart, lungs, nothing! The last time I was in was in October of 2022, the doctor put me on an antibiotic ( one of the side effects was C-Diff) and I spent 28 days in the hospital and had two fiscal transplants. Too bad the medical staff is not as friendly, efficient, and professional as the stadium pharmacy. Paul is very knowledgeable2 months agoI am 38 years old and have been going to this doctors office sense I was newborn back when it was by the stadiums. I’ve only had to have 2 doctors my entire life my pediatrician ( who is no longer there) and the doctor I have now ( Dr. Ngyune) they are both amazing doctors who care and listen! I highly recommend this office. They also have an amazing pharmacy, I am self pay and they are cheaper than anywhere I’ve been and they are on top of it! I usually can get in the same day or next day, they are very flexible and go out of their way to help/ work with you.a week agoDr. Shaik is great ! She explains things well and makes you feel comfortable . I have had to see other Doctors due to insurance changes and I always come back to her. Hoping I can continue on with this group . Office staff was kind and courteous .2 months agoI am so happy with Encompass/ my doctor. From the time I call to make an appointment I have never had a condescending staff person or doctor. They have always worked with me, taken care of my illnesses or issues, made appointments that fit me and not just them. It is so convenient to have a lab right there for my blood draws and I know one time when my numbers were deathly low, they came looking for me to get me to the hospital and didn’t wait the week until my appointment to let me know. I highly recommend them!a month agoMy dad liked Dr. Gunn. So glad I was able to get him a new doctor as quickly as Encompass Medical Group did. Facility was very nice. Glad it has their own lab as well. I too am looking forward to my appointment on Tuesday with Dr. Pourakbar. Thank you all!
