3 weeks agoI arrived at 10:20 and by 10:45 I had been seen, diagnosed and my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. Everyone was polite, professional, and personable. I highly recommend to anyone who needs immediate and professional attention.a week agoWent in feeling awful. Came out feeling awful. I didn’t really get relief for anything. I ended up throwing up as I left. I didn’t get anything for my nausea. I tried to make it clear nothing was working… they told me crackers & ginger ale. Understandable, but the vomiting was getting so out of control…it was becoming painful… I couldn’t keep food/drink down. . I wish they could of gave me some sort of anti nausea medication. They only gave me a gargle solution for my throat… which I’m greatful for…but it doesn’t relieve my cough? Just felt like they wanted to get me out of there. Cruddy experience.a year agoI went to this location seeking doctor’s advice for a bad cold and/or Covid testing; they didn’t have the rapid test and they advised me that the regular test results could last up to 5 days.The doctor attending was not a real doctor, it was a nurse practioner named Samantha. No medication prescribed only over the counter stuff to mild my symptoms untill results are back, really????
Please, do your research before go to any urgent care facility because is better to go to an ER that waist your time and money with urgent cares facilities.
6 months agoVisited MD Now for my 9 month old son and they were fantastic. Interacted with front desk person, nurse, and provider and all very nice and very clear with what was happening, next steps, and expectations. Answered all my questions. Took me about 1 hour from entering the door to exiting. Very happy and would recommend. Also took my Blue across Anthem insurance and looks like they took a variety of insurance providers.3 months agoThe doctor working today 6/21/2023 was rude and unprofessional. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She spoke to me about my medical issues in front of everyone waiting in the lobby. I will NEVER return to this unprofessional establishment because of her.

a week agoI am from Chicago and unexpectedly, I visited the Costal Med Urgent Care. I had a great experience. The facility is clean and welcoming. Excellent customer service!!! Ashley made me feel like I was home. Doctors Kate and Amanda are also amazing. I highly recommend the facility.in the last weekWe have been to this urgent care a few times now for each of my daughters and have always had the most pleasant experience. I always recommend this location; everyone has been happy each time with their experience. Thumbs up!3 weeks agoI would give this place zero stars if that was an option. My husband shot treatment on a Saturday at this clinic for shortness of breath/having a hard time breathing. They did a scan and saw nothing they just sent him home with antibiotics!!! A day later he went to his primary care doctor and was immediately sent to the ER after they did a scan and saw 2 very large blood clots in his lungs. I have no clue who read the scan at this clinic but they are obviously very incompetent. If we would have listened to this Clinic, it is most likely my husband would’ve died. Go someplace else I would not recommend this urgent care.

a month agoNeeded to go to an On Call and this facility came up in our search. Reading the reviews I was hesitant and almost drove out of my way to go to the Pine Island location as it scored higher but since we weren’t feeling well closer won out. Our experience was EXCELLENT! The staff was friendly and professional and the care we received was great. We were lucky in the sense that there was pretty much no wait at all as it wasn’t super busy. The facility was close, convenient and very clean. Disregard any negative reviews and give them a chance. We are so glad we did and if On Call care is ever needed again, we will be back.3 months agoI have nothing negative to say about my experience- I walked in on a Saturday feeling absolutely miserable (flu) and I was greeted promptly and kindly by the registration staff then asked to wait a short while before I was walked into the exam room. Dr Sabine Beaugris was incredibly kind, personable and efficient. Being sick and seeking treatment is awful itself but I highly recommend this urgent care for everyone. Thank you, guys!3 months agoMy fiancée was in after 4 days of suffering because of a fall downstairs that really upset his back and ribs. When we arrived, he was one of the first people to walk in and he was cared for pretty quickly, however, when he got to his nurse practitioner named Heidi, he was stunned by her lack of bedside manner, sympathy and willingness to listen and quickly dismissed his concerns. He is obviously in enough pain that he is unable to work in his current position. He asked for a letter to take a few days off work but she acted like she was unwilling to help. His position is a physical position that requires lifting, turning and moving. He just called the clinic and was told he would have to come in again to see another practitioner to get another diagnosis. Why? He was just seen yesterday. We would like the number for the administrator so we can solve this issue. Please and thank you. The clinical administrator for this location is our next approach.3 months agoI have had to go to this location 2 times in the past month or so with my family and we highly recommend it! The process to check in and be seen has been quick and efficient. Providers have also been very kind and thorough! Will always go back for any urgent care needs.a year agogood experience in patient care. very nice facilities. I’ve already been here twice and it’s quite crowded. however the wait has not been more than an hour.
