a month agoI was seen fairly quickly for 10/10 sciatic pain, which was the worst pain I’ve ever had in my entire life. The Dr. was nice and treated me appropriately. I have nothing good to say regarding the nurse who had zero empathy for my condition and was not pleasant toward me in the least. I’m a nurse practitioner and I would NOT have a nurse who treated my patients in the manner with which she treated me.2 months agoGreat service. They dealt with my symptoms and prescribed appropriate meds. Feeling tons better after just two days! Took a bit of time at the facility but was well worth it. We’ve been truly impressed with their knowledge and just listening to us especially myself who truly is sick. Life changing experience. Not kidding. Better than most.3 months agoWas seen…if that’s what you call it… today. Receptionist was less than friendly to begin with. Waited 20 minutes in my car only for the doctor to come to the car. He listened to my lungs while I was still buckled up. He asked if I felt like I needed to be tested for flu or Covid. Isn’t that your job?? Didn’t look at my ears or throat. Just sent in a prescription for low antibiotics. They sure took my money though!! What a disgrace to the medical field!2 weeks agoMANA is quicker and overall better experience than MedExpress. The only thing is that some of the people there (not the doctors) seem like they’re miserable there. Which is fair, I also don’t want to work but I’ll walk up to the checkout desk and idk what to say why is it on me to say the first thing

a month agoDr. Rasmussen is our primary pediatrician and he has been wonderful since day one. We saw Dr. Bradley for this first time in walk-in and I would 100% see him anytime Dr. Rasmussen is not available. His bedside manner is top notch, he explained everything so thoroughly, and truly made me feel heard as a parent. We are thankful to have NWA pediatrics!2 months agoAlways a great experience! I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible to. We have been bringing our kids here for 8 years, since our oldest was born and Dr Davis saw her in the hospital. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else!4 months agoWe’ve gone here since my daughter was born (19 years). Recently, Dr. Davis did an outstanding job listening to my daughters symptoms and ordering lab work! Thank You for your fantastic care, we appreciate your care and attention to detail in assessing what was going on!4 months agoThe nursing staff and doctors here are amazing. The front desk staff though are completely worthless. They are very rude, cut you off while trying to speak, and will ignore you while they text or talk on there cell phones. I would 100% change to a 5 star if they retrain the people at the desk or replace them with people that know what customer service is.7 months agoWe used to love this office. Very disappointed at how it has evolved. No less than 1.5 wait at walk in, appointments never available for sick or well visits despite the amount of doctors. They just have lost the personal touch, and we just feel like another patient number. The walk in is so busy that they fly through appointments. Not like they actually care about my kids. Sad to have to leave but need to take my kids somewhere where they will receive consistent care.

3 weeks agoThey used to be okay. But now they never return calls, the billing process is confusing, and they have accidentally billed us for too much. I won’t be going to them anymore, not sure what happened to the quality of their office.I have loved Abby Rudolph and Dr. Karas was compassionate in getting my med card. But I’ve lost a bit of patience towards the office never answering the phone or returning calls unfortunately.
5 months agoI love this clinic. I have taken the whole family here at some point and have always had great experiences. The staff is always kind and thorough. Abby is wonderful! Listens and is thoughtful and intentional with how she treats each subject…weighing options and not just giving a generic prescription to get you in and out. I highly recommend Karas Health Care!??a month agoI was very disappointed in my visit at Kara’s in Fayetteville yesterday. If I didn’t have high anxiety going in, I sure had it coming out when I left without being seen an hour and a half after my appointment time (I arrived early to complete paperwork too) because I had to get back to work! There was no respect for the fact that an appointment time had been created. How does a doctor get to be an hour and a half BEHIND at 10:30 in the morning?!?!? I only gave two stars because the front desk assistant, Ann, was very nice and helpful. Everything else was a disaster. No communication even on the fact that the doctor was “running behind” until I initially came out questioning what was going on. Then waited another 20 minutes. Very disappointed.2 months agoI started coming here a little over a year ago. I am delighted with the quality of care I receive and the courteous and responsive staff. I see Dr Hoover and I enjoy his calm, encouraging and caring manner.I couldn’t be happier with my care!
3 months agoI was hard on Karas, projecting recent past experiences. And expecting more of the same, seeing the same when that was an inaccurate take on the experience as a whole. After exploring another option, I came to appreciate the experience and the level of understanding and compassion I received at Karas.You might say I have special needs. But we are all special aren’t we? It’s clear to me that the staff at Karas treats us all the same. And that is what I hope to find but rarely do.
This is the first care provider I feel at home with in a long time, my blood pressure tells that story! In fact the first one since I left San Francisco in 2010 that I feel I can trust as much as I did Dr Martinez at the Tom Waddell Clinic those long 13 years ago.
If you read my reviews you will know this is no small praise coming from me.
