a week agoThis was my first time coming here and I unfortunately I was very disappointed. I arrived at 430 and left at 7pm; 1.5 hours spent in the waiting room, and one hour spent in the patient room, where I provided a urine sample. I saw the doctor just before 7pm. He was very nice and did a thorough assessment, and told me to pick up scrips at my pharmacy. Though the Dr was very nice and answered my questions, this urgent care does not seem to have adequate staffing of physicians for their patients.in the last weekThe staff at Beaumont Urgent Care, are friendly and helpful. You get in to see doctor in a timely manner- especially if you have an appointment but they do take walk-ins. Physician Asst. Amanda N. Wright was very knowledgeable, patient and explained pertinent information to me. The facility and rooms are clean. Good care at this facility.a week agoI eas easily able to schedule an early morning time. The staff was helpful getting me registered on line. The attending doctor was fantastic. Asking a lot of questions and doing a very thorough diagnosis. Better then my PCP!in the last weekThe level of incompetence, inconsistency, lack of urgency and empathy is supremely astounding in this facility on several occasions in a span of one week I’ve had issues with this facility.. I made an appointment the young ladies at the check in desk did not check me in although I alerted them to my presence upon entry and it was not until I went to check why guest who had come in well over 30 minutes after me were being taken back and seen as if I was not waiting then the doctor exits the office and tells the staff stop taking patients because she wanted to catch up and it was not many patients at all when the doctor saw me she rushed through didn’t even check a heartbeat it’s disheartening when people sign up for health care job because of the money rather than the actual care of the patients I would recommend you visit other locations until the company can assess the issues with staff in this particular facility because they do not care for patients at all whatsoever although I’ve met a few nurses who were super kind here the higher up staffing needs training or to be replaced , they couldn’t even send my prescription and when I called back they didn’t even pick up the phone for days! I understand everyone is human and has bad days but the only consistency is bad service at this facility… however other locations I’ve been too atypically are pretty good it’s just this location and it’s staff3 weeks agoA very clean & comfortable environment. The receptionists are professional. The doctors & medical staff are kind, gentle, listen, asks questions & are engaged. The doctor’s “bed-side manner” was superb.I went home feeling better than when I left.

2 weeks agoGreat experience with my 4 year old. Wait wasn’t terribly long and once we were called in, we were seen right away. The care team were great with my child, making her experience enjoyable. Over all grateful for the good people God has placed there to care for the people of our community. We are blessed.2 months agoMy experience today at Michigan Urgent Care was very pleasant. The check in was seamless, the clerk was helpful, and I had a short wait before being called back. The medical staff was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. I like that my X-ray would be seen by a radiologist as well so that gives me a piece of mind knowing there are two sets of eyes looking at the X-ray. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.in the last weekWent in feeling terrible which turned out to be a sinus infection and after getting the proper meds, I feel great. They were professionals and on top of everything by sending my script order over to the pharmacy. So grateful to them.a month agoEvery one was so nice! I sat in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes. The MA did my vitals and the doctor came in immediately after I was done. He was very kind and listened to my concerns! I will definitely go here again3 weeks agoEdited- 8-28-23 Today was an exceptional experience. I was treated within minutes for my very severe migraine. Dr was extremely kind as was the nurse. Thank you5-23 My family has been going here for many many years. They have switched over quite a few times and the only stable person there who is wonderful is Dr DeAngelo. I would normally give this place five stars in the past, and I don’t review very many things, but I was so disappointed today that I cannot leave this unsaid. I took my mom in with very severe symptoms of an illness that we thought maybe bronchitis, pneumonia, or Strep throat. The nurse asked my mom if she wanted to be tested for these things instead of telling her that she should be tested and they refused to do a chest x-ray even though my mom had pneumonia not long ago and we wanted to make sure it was gone. The nurse forgot to take her temperature and blood pressure and the doctor only listened to her chest to say she had bronchitis. After prescribing antibiotics, she came back and said the test was positive for Covid, not bronchitis. They then called in a script for my mom to Walgreens and didn’t give them a number they needed in order to fill it, the pharmacist and myself waited on hold for approximately 30 minutes to get someone to get the number for us. Once they got the number Walgreens wouldn’t fill it because the urgent care didn’t do their due diligence and check kidney function before prescribing the medication, so now we had to switch to another pharmacy. This was at 9:00 am and we never got the medication until around 3:30 pm. When I went to get it, the urgent care had also not called in the inhaler. I’m just so disappointed, I won’t bring my mom back here unless I’m sure DeAngelo is there. Awful experience for an elderly woman.

4 weeks agoWhen I am sick or anything this is my spot to go. The whole staff is so friendly, patient, and caring. They get you in and out relatively fast as well. I have never had a bad experience with this place. They also have an x ray machine here too which beats the wait going to the hospital to get them done. If you go here for your medical purposes, they will make you feel comfortable and at home.3 months agoI had a great experience with an immigration exam at this clinic. The doctor and staff were very kind and explained every step. The price for the exam is fairly reasonable compared to other clinics in the area. They also explained and provided the option to get missing vaccinations somewhere else. Many thanks to Amanda, who patiently answered every question we had—and we had a lot of them!3 months agoI did something to my foot a few days ago and could not walk. The staff went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and get in my car. They were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you all for your love &kindness!5 months agoIf I could give it 10 stars I would. I went to another urgent care in the area “Family urgent care” they did not address any of my concerns. I left and suffered another agonizing day of pain. I went here to Primecare the next day and the difference was insane. They gave me hope. I went in there in so much pain and left with answers to what was going on and relief with the meds I was prescribed. This will be the first night I am able to sleep peacefully and not cry all night suffering. The entire staff was nice and extremely helpful. I am so grateful I came to this place. It was very clean and I was seen almost immediately after filling out a little bit of paperwork. As a patient, I did not feel judged at all and I felt very comfortable. Thank you thank you thank you.6 months agoDo not go to this place. If your child has an accidental injury they will falsely call CPS Particularly if you are a person of color stay away. The provider did not even put my child in a cast for comfort. The response by the owner just goes to show you the uncaring attitude. As a provider myself maybe the newer NP (2018) at your urgent care should have discussed her concerns with me and thoroughly examined my child as well as initiated a cast for my child’s comfort. What about pain, did she even try to address that? Nope. Black family/CPS. Definitely substandard culturally incompetent care and quick in making inappropriate judgement. For black families or any other person considering quality care, stay away. There are many other urgent care around and always consider urgent care with connection to the hospital likely to get good care there and thorough examination. Always ask how long the provider has been doing this and decide for thyself. If this provider was experienced she could have known that elbow fractures are common injuries in children with monkey bars, trampoline etc all she needed to do was ask me more questions if she doubted my response. Will definitely be filing with the board for racially/ unbiased/culturally incompetent care that worsened my babies pain and caused more emotional distress to an already stressful situation.
