  Ruth was wonderful! She was sweet, easy to talk to and very patient (I came in with 2 little kids… never an easy task!) but she was thorough and helpful too. Great experience.

  Took my son here on 9/13 and he was very quickly seen by Joy Brothers. She saw his eye was red and wrote it off as pinkeye. No actual examination took place. My son was in a great deal of pain and would cry and fight every time I had to give him the drops that was prescribed. I’ve had pinkeye before and never remember it being painful to the point of crying. I took him to his pediatrician for a second opinion on 9/14 and after the doctor actually took the time to examine his eye she discovered it was a corneal abrasion. She prescribed him an eye ointment and told us to obviously stop the unnecessary treatment that was previously prescribed by Joy Brothers. She apologized profusely for my son going through the unnecessary pain due to the lack of care we received. Just because an eye is red does not automatically make it pink eye. Take the time to actually care for your patients. We will not be returning to this location for more minsdiagnosises.

  Made a reservation at Orange City location and was seen in a timely manner. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Robert H was considerate and listened to my concerns. Dino took care of my vitals and had a wonderful demeanor. Made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. Dino was professional, kind and truly fabulous! If this location had primary care, I would make it mine.

  We came for my husband’s sore throat as a walk-in and the process was quick! We were able to be seen within 15 minutes and diagnosed and sent home with medicine shortly after that. Everyone we interacted with was kind, humorous and made our experience great!

  The NP was excellent. Wonderful bedside manner, knowledgeable, and patient. Waiting one more day to take my son to the pediatrician was out of the question I’m grateful they were open. My son finally got some much needed relief!

  To Jessica and the assistant I didn’t quite catch her name (starts with an M) and the front desk lady , May GOd honor and bless all you do in this life! The attentiveness, efficiency, the compassion, the optimal best care provided by this staff is beyond words. I was heard and cared for. I wish this was my staff at any doctors visit!! Will always highly recommend this place!

  Walked in, was seen immediately. The receptionist, nurse, and NP all treated me with the most kindness they could provide. They didn’t make me feel embarrassed or intimidated at all. They believed all my concerns and promptly wrote me a prescription for what I needed. If I ever need to go to a clinic again, I’ll be back.

  Highly disappointed after nurse practitioner Andrew explained he’d happily accept our money to take vitals for a progressive (appear to slightly worsen over two weeks) skin allergy. The NP said when he sees rashes like this, he usually turns people to the ER, essentially refusing care (I assume). I contacted another provider who said that opinion, given the symptoms, was not appropriate or professional, and was able to provide appropriate care. Perhaps more experienced professionals at this location would lead to adequate medical care for patients here.

  There was no wait when I walked in at noon on a Tuesday, and the doctor was kind, respectful, and explained things very well without sounding condescending. He was also fast without seeming like he was rushing. He ordered a test without knowing I was self pay so after we did the test and he found out, he waived the cost for the test. I will definitely be returning here!

  I have been getting the I.V infusions for a while now and I’m very happy with the results! I wanted to have more energy since I work long shifts and I’m a diabetic, so the lack of energy was becoming a big problem for me. I’m feeling so much better overall! I feel more energetic and healthier! Dr. Anam Tawwab is awesome! She takes the time to explain to you all the process and answers all your questions with patience. You never feel like she is rushing you, like many other doctors I’d been to. I feel more confident that my doctor is the one administrating the I.V infusions for me since she knows my needs, health issues etc. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. I’d been to the Deltona and the Lake Mary offices and have gotten excellent service on both. They offer a variety of services and treatments that are up-to-date with the new standards and advances in the health field. This is by far the best Doctor I’ve been to and believe me , I have been to many. I recommend them 100%.

  Dr Faisal Tawwab is one of the best doctors I know. Very knowledgeable and listens very carefully. Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff! Would highly recommend Multicare if your looking for a primary care doctor.

  The staff are always so friendly at this location. I’ve visited twice and each time they greet you with a smile and keep you updated. I highly recommend their plans as they’re extremely convenient and affordable too! Dr. Tawwab is awesome and always listens to your concerns when dealing with you. Dr. Ahmed is equally great! Again I highly recommend Multicare Physicians DPC

  Dr. Faisal Tawwab is amazing. Not only is he a licensed and practicing MD, but he’s also certified in Hijama(wet cupping) treatment. My experience was quite unique. He spent time assessing, examining, and educating me on preventative lifestyle adjustments and curative therapeutic options. I opted for Hijama treatment and felt great relief afterwards from headache to general lethargy.. I highly recommend at least talking to him to learn of other treatment options with almost no side affects. I will be a returning client for sure.

  My husband and I went to Dr. Faisal Tawwab for my husband’s high blood pressure. The attention and care we received from Dr. Tawwab was phenomenal! He took the time to hear all of my husband’s symptoms, his history, everything we’ve already tried to control his blood pressure, and all of his medical history. He engaged with us and educated us on all the different options available, and really just took the time to really understand the root of the problem and help come up with the best solution for my husband. This is something very rare and something you don’t see often with doctors. I took the time to research for a good doctor for my husband and I’m glad I did and found this doctor. I highly recommend!
