a week agoFrom the minute I walked in to the time I left I received excellent care. The doctor was attentive and listened to my concerns. He treated me with kindness and professionalism. The facility was very clean. I used the bathroom and was impressed by how good it smelled. I highly recommend Baptist Health!in the last weekThis was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. I came in pretty close to closing for a dog bite but they were amazing. Extremely caring and patient. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs immediate care and definitely our new urgent care.a month agoStaff was very nice and the wait time was extremely fast. I was in and out in less than 1hr. The doctor was very kind and sympathetic to the way I was feeling which meant a lot to me. Although I was diagnosed with the flu, I left feeling better simply because of the treatment I received from them.3 months agoIf I could give negative stars I would. This place is just a money hunger scam and they didn’t even bother to pretend.After accidentally fell down, I went there the next day for a quick check in case I broke any bones or joints. I got a quick X-Ray check, and was told they didn’t find any issues in me at that time. During the video-call session to run over my expenses for the day, I was also told there would be no-cost at that time.
Then later a bill arrived, guess how much I got billed for a quick X-Ray with absolutely no treatment and no prescription? $1,478.00! My insurance paid them $1,024.66, I still owe them $453.34!
The best part is there was even no breakdown at all for such a big amount. Understandable, right? How can they even justify such a dramatic charge for no injury, no treatment and no prescription?
I’m shocked that an medical facility can be so ethically wrong and not even pretend to care normal industrial moral standards.
a month agoI received excellent care from Baptist Urgent care. All staff members were pleasant and professional. Dr Martin is an excellent physician and personable. I’m grateful for these types of facilities, where service is fast and great care is provided. Unlike other urgent care facilities, Baptist has diagnostic capabilities such x-ray which I needed.

a month agoQuick, got right to the point, very friendly service. Easy to sign up, all-around quality service. Called around 9:15 PM even though they close at 10 PM they set an appointment for 9:30 PM arrived 9:45 PM and was out of there by 10 PM after doing an evaluation and an x-ray. Thank you?a month agoWow does their staff suck.Doctor was good, took care of my kid.
Came in, they took our info, waited 15 minutes for them to “verify” everything. Saw the doctor. All good.
2 weeks later get a bill. They aren’t on our insurance, apparently didn’t verify when we came in. I get an email EVERY SINGLE DAY for the bill. I emailed their address in the invoice multiple times, no answer. I called and left voicemails, no answer. Finally got someone on the phone who said I owe the money and that’s it. No fault for them not verifying insurance. Ask to speak to a manager, one was not available, but they could call me back. Weeks later now and no call back from any of the emails or that phone call.
Edit after their response: I have called that number multiple times, either I get no answer or I get some snotty billing clerk who just says that the bill is my responsibility. I asked multiple times for a manager to call and no one has. If you want to contact me, my billing invoice number is 10811.
3 weeks agoAmazing overall experience, all of the staff was very nice and made my experience very easy and relaxing for such a stressful event. Went to 2 other urgent cares and both had huge waits of over 2 hours. I only had to wait maybe 10 mins before I was seen by someone. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an urgent care and this is now my new go to urgent care. Hopefully I won’t need to come back but if I do it’s gonna be Dr. G.a month agoDr Tammy is the Greatest Quick Service! I was in and out in less than an hour. I needed X-rays Friendly Staff. The staff was very kind and professional. The doctor was very attentive to my needs. I was a walk in but they had me in and out pretty quickly. I will definitely be returning here.

2 weeks agoI received the best service, actually this was more than a service; I had the best care at CareSpot Urgent Care. The ladies at the front desk were friendly, compassionate and professional. My Nurse and the Doctor were very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They make sure that I walk out of there a with full understanding of the treatment and follow up. Good bless all of them.a month agoCame here for the good reviews, but this was an… awkward urgent care. Lady at the front desk was rude. Nurse was weird (didn’t mask her emotions, rolled her eyes a few times). Doctor was giving an “in a rush/can’t be bothered” type of energy. Prob won’t be returning to this location… strange group.4 months agoI brought my daughter in for an ankle injury. We were greeted and checked in immediately by the very sweet front desk ladies. Our nurse and PA were fantastic. In just about 20 minutes she was evaluated, x-rayed, and we were on our way with a diagnosis of a only a bad sprain. I was very impressed and will use Care Spot in Coral Springs again.3 weeks agoI have been to your facility several times, when my dr isn’t available. The staff and the treatment received there has always been very professional, knowledgeable and always a pleasant visit. I have sent friends and family members here too.a week agoThis is a very nice place to go with respectful customer service with a quick and an accurate service but if you need to be served at your appointment time ,you need to sign in 30 minutes before the appointment time.
