a month agoEverything was efficient, from checking in to checking out! Everyone was great! Ari was the one who helped with my physical, drug screen, and blood work. She has great customer service, she explained everything she was doing thoroughly, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout every part of my physical. She has a great personality as well.a month agoThe doctor there had no mask on and was visibly sick. Not sure how you can be a medical professional working with multiple people and not wear one, while SICK. he didn’t really examine me either just came in and out. Only giving two stars because the rest of the staff were very attentive and quick with their procedures.a month agoI have YET to be at any Concentra facility and it has not been clean. They are very clean & professional. I had to fill out some forms via a new job but I was seen for my appointment in less than an hour. And the AC blasting was a bonus. It was hot outside. Plenty of parking.2 months agoMy PT experience was pleasant, Emily is very knowledgeable. Afterwards I was scheduled to meet with a doctor covering my doctor. The nurse taking my information was pleasant however the doctor who came in 1 1/2 hour later was rude. She asked a few questions and walked out. I sat there another 20 minutes thinking she was coming back, but she never did. Someone else came in to give me my next appointment.3 weeks agoI went in for a drug screening as-well as a physical, hearing test, and vision test for New Employment and they were very prompt, well spoken and kind. Would highly recommend this location !

in the last weekThe staff here are really good there are super friendly and nice…the overall facility is decent, but what really SUCKS is how they make you wait! After the staff takes your vitals they put u a room where I waited over 45 minutes for a ” Dr ” to come examine u that freaking ridiculous!6 months agoI’ve treated so bad by the host, she at the first told me that my Cel phone is card id not valid than after I complained a lot she accepted and told that was just one provider and I ll need wait 3 hours she called Daisy and the most incredible is that was nobody waiting there.2 weeks agoKarl was so patient with me during the process to make the purchase I was so pleased to get. I was super pleased!!!5 months agoConcentra..Gardena is an awesome facility for your corrective healing All of their staff starting with the receptionist to the nurse assistant the doctor and PT have all been pleasant. Each visit I felt welcomed and wanted. Dr. Grant is amazing. Very personable and attentive. She listens and shows concern. Physical Therapist Wu is also attentive and patient. Very concerned with well being and progress. Great staff3 months agoRead the reviews not so true, I was in this location for less than 20 mins with a room full of ppl and no appointment. I was in and out. Staff very friendly n kind. I’ll give you guys 10 out of 10.

6 months agoI’m so disappointed with this kaiser for the first time. I love it here. But I came for a physical due to a request from my employer which required a form to be filled out by the doctor. I get a call to pick up my form on Monday 03/20. I drive almost 30 minutes since this is the closest kaiser to me just to be told my form is lost but i will receive a call the following day. Don’t receive anything so I decide to call the following day which finally had someone start working on it. I pick up my form, which was given to me very professionally in a sealed envelope however, when I opened it a BIG coffee stain filling almost half my form. How is that okay?! I’m very disappointed. Not only did I waste gas but now my form is going to make me look unprofessional to my employer just because someone decided not to be cautious of what they’re doing.3 years agoIt’s so beautiful and welcoming place, didn’t even know it existed here in this area. This Kaiser was so cleaned and organized. Even staffs, Doctors were super friendly and helpful. They sure know how to welcome patients and make us feel more comfortable. Great place to come by.9 months agoFirst and foremost, I have to acknowledge the girls at the optical check-in desk; they have ALL been nothing but friendly and a pleasure to speak with! And now, for the incident that led to this review. I was happy I found a pair of glasses that were stylish and fit, until they didn’t. The new frame was causing irritation and kept sliding down, causing problems breathing, even after several adjustments. I eventually had no choice but to exercise the 30 day exchange policy and pay for a more expensive frame. The new frame seems fine so far, just needs to be adjusted, but the lens Kaiser used for the replacement frame, IS CLEARLY OF INFERIOR QUALITY! Rough unfinished edges and chalky compared to all the lenses I purchased from Kaiser previously. When I brought that to their attention during pick-up, I was dismissed and told I had already used my one time exchange. I reiterated I was not asking for a new frame and even offered to pay to somehow have these cheap lenses reflect my old lenses, and the reply was it had nothing to do with money. Once I reached home, I compared my LESS EXPENSIVE old lenses to the new ones and the difference is EVIDENT. Just feels like they cut corners on my new replacement glasses and I am being penalized for ultimately requesting and paying for a new frame. Moreover, I am now forced to find another optical place to address this matter for me. Questionable business practices and no regard whatsoever for customer satisfaction.4 months agoBetty at the front desk and the other clerk were friendly and helpful. They took the time to help make my paperwork correct and in order.7 months agoI prefer to have my ultrasound done here instead of Harbor City location. This location is bright and cheery. There’s even a Coffee Bean inside. Plenty of parking in front.
