a week agoMade an online appointment. Didn’t have to wait long before going back to room. Kelly Lock was attentive, listened to my concerns and after reviewing my X-ray-gave a detailed explanation of my diagnosis. I’m very pleased and would go here again.a week agoIf I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been to this location numerous times & never once had an issue with them not taking my insurance. I went 3 days ago took a COVID test that was “negative” went back again today with worse but same symptoms & now all of a sudden they don’t take my insurance & its $160+ to see them without insurance. Went to a different urgent care and tested positive for COVID. Sounds to me as someone made a mistake & didn’t want to correct their error. Front desk staff is rude & the whole office is a joke. Definitely will not ever recommend them to anyone again. If you look closely at the reviews you see where they comment on all the highly rated ones but not one apologetic comment on the low rated ones. This location is absolute trash3 weeks agoBooked same day appointment and was in and out in less than 60 mins. Outstanding customer service and knowledgeable staff. Treatment options were discussed prior to finalizing a plan and we got the desired help we needed. Definitely will be a repeat patient for future concerns.2 months agoI made an appointment online the night before for Sunday morning. I was in a room in 15 minutes and seen quickly. The provider was great. Friendly, good communicator, informative, and fully addressed my two concerns. Excellent service!4 months agoGreat experience. All the staff very friendly. The lady that checks you in is super nice and helpful. No wait time. There was one lady ahead of me. Staff in back is very precise on taking your information and your needs. PA very knowledgeable and helpful for your situation.

2 months agoI believed before this visit that they exhibited excellent customer service. The front desk did excellent as usual. I brought my daughter a young black woman here and my oh my did that change my perception! Rough and dismissive were the male nurse. Very loud and brute was the Ex ray tech. Verses when I brought my husband here. The male nurse who we later got today was and is excellent. His name starts with a M. The doctor was fantastic in both visits. Good luck getting to them!a year agoVery clean ER with friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. While being here I felt comfortable and properly cared for. There was coffee, drinks and snacks in the lobby area and the set up was very nice. Registering was quick and easy.in the last weekLots of gaslighting happening here. Jerry, the nurse who works in the ER was the ONLY person who was transparent and had sympathy for someone (me) who was in tremendous pain. Jerry got me taken care of better than the Dr’s did. Other than that, this place was horrible to me on 9/17. My original nurse before shift change didn’t even want to see my pictures of what was going on with me, she threw her hands up and said “show the doctor” and asked who my PCP was and I said idk whoever is on my insurance is the pcp and she said “well idk who that is” and I said I don’t either. Look it up on my chart??? I trusted this place for well over a month and have been there twice for the same problem. Again, typical gaslighting came on the 3rd visit tonight regarding the same issue I’ve been having. Doctors had no compassion for me nor did they care to treat my pain until I could see my PCP. I am not from here, I moved here to accept a job. I work 95 hours a week and am on call 24/7. No time to look for doctors. They could have referred me to one but they didn’t care. Won’t be going back and telling everyone I know to not go here.5 months agoWe have never felt more welcome into an ER! Everyone was so nice and helpful! They all was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When the Dr. made his rounds he actually talked to his patients not at them! It was a refreshing experience and we highly recommend them! The whole entire staff is absolutely fantastic!a month agoThis is the best Urgent care I have ever been too! I was in and out in 20 minutes. The doctor was very caring and helpful. Very nice clean lobby. Can’t recommend it enough!!

a week agoEveryone is so caring, and humble. They took such great care of my girls.The system they have to check in, complete paperwork,and even see the wait time is a plus. Just recently went back because my daughter had an infection in both ears. You wouldn’t be able to tell in this picture though! Thank you Jesus she is feeling much better.?2 months agoThe doctor I saw, had the absolute best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. She was so sweet and very patient and funny, and she made me feel very comfortable to talk about my health problem with her. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone who really wants a good experience when you’re not feeling quite so good.a month agoThe receptionist with glasses up front at the window was rude, slow, and not welcoming at all. The PA Heidi Galvez who seen me was very patient and nice. I would definitely go back or take my kids if I needed to in the future only because of my experience with the her.4 weeks agoDoctor and nurses were great. Receptionist not so much. She was not very welcoming or helpful. She was rude. Doctor had very well bedside manner and was patient with my child.2 months agoVery fast and efficient service! James (PA) even called me within three days to check up on me and change my med and initially saved my condition from worsening!! Thank you James and AFC team!
