2 months agoReally great bar! My wife and I went for a few drinks last night. Very creative space that doubles as a barber shop during the day. Great service, absolutely fabulous drinks – try the BAUS Brew if you like peanut butter whiskey. We definitely will be back.a month agoSuch a unique, cute gem for nightlife. The baus drink and expresso martini was really good. They have a straight to the point menu. I wished they had served some snacks to soak up the drinks a bit..lol. They had a DJ there, and the customer service was on point from the time I entered until the time I left. I’m so glad we found somewhere that stayed open a little bit later. The setup and seating are so cute and comfy, and the little patio outside is perfect for photo ops. I will definitely be back!2 months agoBaus is somewhere you bring a friend who just flew in from out of town, a place you come for your wedding day haircut, or your every other week cut. It’s a place with a completely relaxed atmosphere, where you can really immerse yourself in a good conversation while enjoying a “real” craft cocktail. Super cool how the atmosphere completely changes in the evening for more of a night club feel. From the bartenders and servers to the barbers themselves, everyone here is super fun and friendly!a month agoA top spot in Downtown Rochester whether you’re a local or visiting from out of town! The drinks here are complex, always full of flavor, and beautifully presented. One of my favorite places to grab a cocktail in the area. Top-notch service as well!!Update 7/6/23: Visited again while back in town from the West coast and had an excellent experience again! Service is always stellar from Christian and Ashlee! The ‘Still Mine, All Mine’ was polished, experimental, and exquisite. The “Cartel Juice” was vegetal, spicy, and refreshing. This place is always a favorite!

3 months agoNot going back there after what Bob did with my hair. Brain and Berhale are fine but now you can barely find an appointment with them and Bob messed up my hair pretty bad. I asked for the side fade and I got a worst haircut of all time, and the way he was doing it seemed like he was in a hurry and was interested to finish it as quick as he wants. As much as I loved going there , they shouldnt hire a rookie barber because some of us go there not just for a trim but also for style.4 months agoReally upset on what BOB did on my son’s hair. I told him to do skin fade, looks ok as I was there too. But I know that’s not the fade that I want for my son.but I didnt bother me as he comb him nicely and wet. When I got home later, my son told me it looks odd, then I noticed uneven cut behind, and the top really didnt blend the way bob cut the sides. After school my son told me if he can skip a day and asked me if we can go to other barbershop, so I know from there something happen in school. We to other barbershop and asked them if they can fix the haircut. From a hairstylist I realize that what bob did is really off.. I have no complain, brian is cool, i can tell they have a good conversation with other clients. But my opinion and observation, this shop is good for 40s and above or to those who needs a simple haircut or old school.3 years agoWent in for a drastic cut, 100% 0 cutting since lockdown started to a mid fade and a beard trim. Excellent job, love the cut, exactly what I asked for. Place was clean everyone wore masks. 5 stars. 1st picture is before obviously 2nd is back to looking like a human.
