2 months agoI use to take my 8 year old son here, he really liked Jason and would tell everyone he had a hair guy and refused to see anyone else..which was great until he finally chose a new hairstyle. He grew his hair out and everything for it and we found pictures for reference, I showed Jason multiple times the pictures and he said he understood…well he definitely did not…the haircut he gave my son was absolutely nothing close to what he wanted…my son was so heart broken and I had to deal with the sadness it caused him…I was sad for him because he was so excited for this haircut..luckily hair grows back but we definitely never returned…I was also on the fence about the place before the incident but my son was so set on going here. It was looking dirtier every time we went and the owner was unprofessional with the conversations he would have with people…I know it’s a guys place but there is kids around too..I was happy my son never wanted to return..6 months agoIt’s been years since I have actually gone to a barber shop. That One Barber Lounge is chill spot! all the Barbers seem to have excellent customer service abilities. I got cut and lined up By Jason! I recommend making an appointment with him. although the other guys seem to be just as skilled and humorous. Not only is he on time,professional,and exceptional in what he does he can turn anyone into a 10. If your looking for the best haircut in town ask for him he will not disappoint. 100/10 would recommend2 months agoThis shop is the vibe! Isaac is amazing at what he does. I take both of my boys there and he’s always patient with their indecisiveness and can also come up with styles on the fly that will work with their facial structures (not just what they think they want). 2 months agoTony is a great barber with lots of experience. The atmosphere is very punk rock/skater, which is right up my alley so I appreciate the music and decor. Tony talked to me about his life and gave me advice, it was the first time a haircut didn’t just feel like a haircut. I have found my barbershop and will be back. Try him out and see what I’m talking about!a month agoTrevino’s Barbershop is a hidden gem in Modesto. The shop is small and unassuming, but the barbers are anything but. They are all highly skilled and experienced, and they take great pride in their work.I’ve been going to Trevino’s for awhile now and I’ve always been happy with the results. Tony always takes the time to get my haircut just right. They also offer a variety of other services, such as beard trimming, shaves, and hot towel treatments.
In addition to the great service, Trevino’s is also a very welcoming and friendly environment. The barbers are always happy to chat, and they make you feel like you’re part of the family.

4 months agoI’ve had my hair botched at every barber’s shop in town except for this one. Both times I’ve walked into this place with no idea of what I want and have walked out with one the best haircuts I’ve ever had.Yesterday I came in with a mop of and the barber, Jacob, gave me an incredibly clean cut. He killed it and I feel like a celebrity. It’s a little pricier here than sportscuts but it is 100% worth the price. You will get an excellent, professional haircut and the barbers are really kind and friendly to talk to. I pretty much never write reviews but they’ve done such a great job every time I’ve come in.

This gem keeps an old school, fun vibe while maintaining your standards of your hair. Now days you find many people just doing jobs they hate because it pays well. From the second you walk in, you know that these people were born to be here. They love what they do and it shows in the results. Don’t be afraid to spend money on the quality they have to offer…. Started with the Sports Clips in Tracy, moved down to Oakdale and found yours. I am always fully satisfied with my cut, and of course the MVP treatment. Maddie did not disappoint. My haircut was great, especially being that I was over 3 weeks past when I normally get one, she did a great job. I was her first customer of the day, and she hit a homerun, right out of the gate. Plus, thanks to Kimmie remembering, I had won a prize from the Veterans Day drawings. Always a good thing. As always, thank you very much.
