8 months agoI showed the woman the picture that I wanted my hair to look like (a mullet type haircut where it is long in the back). She responded by saying “your hair isn’t long enough for that” (In a pretty rude tone). I then said “I know, I just want what I have now but trimmed up a little bit, because I already had the haircut set up with the right portions, I just needed to let it grow. She then proceeded to cut off almost all of the length that I had in the back, which was a good 4 months worth of growth. I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly angry with my experience at this location. I have been to other locations and never had any problems at all. The first image included below was the reference, the second is my hair before the haircut and the third is the terrible result of this establishment.a year agoTook my 19 month old son here for his first haircut. McKayla was very patient with him and knew exactly what “look” she was going for even tho I told her to just “make him look like a boy again” lol. She even cut a curl off and put it on a “certificate” for us.8 months agoThere was a misunderstanding when I called ahead to schedule my appointment in reference to what I was looking to get. The hair stylist was accommodating and did the best with the situation. I wish I had remembered her name, but she did a great job. Good place to go for a decent price.a month agoTalented stylists, great ambiance, very fair pricing. Couldn’t possibly recommend more!7 months agoExcellent haircut and service. I realize that prices go up. Now it’s $30.00 for all haircuts I was told. I’ve always left very generous tips as my (2) little boys got haircuts. This is quite disappointing, and I guess I will have to find a local barber to support them. I’d rather support a local barber and not a franchise.

3 months agoI think this photo of a very awkward jump between two distinct lengths pretty much speaks for itself. I don’t know if Sherri was trying to experiment with something when I mentioned how my hair is usually combed up from left to right, or if this was just extreme sloppiness, but whatever the attempt was, the execution was subpar.4 months agoA whole different level of hair coiffing. I enjoyed the shoulder massage and shampoo scalp massage. Well worth it. Nice cut. Just what I asked for.2 months agoCame here straight after getting my hair cut nightmare from a different business. They got me right in. Although my hair is super short it looks 1000 times better than how I walked in the door. I should have come here first. How’s the saying.. ?? — try to save a buck, get fu$ked?? I’ve added photos of the final haircut2 months agoAfter standing at the desk for five minutes, unwelcomed, the woman who finally greeted us “no showed” us rather than checking us in. Sat there another 20 minutes ignored. The woman who I eventually approached said “it happens here”. Good to know.6 months agoThe salon gives a pretty good haircut but the experience is really why I go. The hot towel and the shampoo are bar none for salons of visited in the area. I always have a good time when I come here and leave feeling refreshed. The prices have gone up significantly in the past few months, it’s now become harder to justify the experience, but when I do it’s always a good one.

a week agoI took my son for his 1st haircut in months..so it was long. He likes it lomger..he is very picky when it comes to his hair. Well he told the lady how he wanted it..and I put my input in as well. Well in the end he told her he liked it ( he lied, and told me in the car) I wasn’t a fan of what she did at all. And for 30$ plus tip! Noway! The cut itself you could tell right when you looked at him one side was shorter than the other. There was a real long chunk of hair on one side that missed the scissors. It was a disaster…he has made it clear that he will never get his hair cut there again. We usually go to the small local shops but there was no openings sadly. We would not recommend this spot at all sadly2 months agoFrom the men that were getting their hair cut I noticed they all had some sort of buzz or faded style which seems it’s their strong suit here, we went in for a layered style and unfortunately the stylist went way shorter than the samples we showed so we were just a bit dissapointed but it’ll grow back. Also, their prices are updated so I took a pic and attached to this review.2 weeks agoBecca K did an amazing job!!! My son had the best time with her and his haircut looks amazing! We will be coming back to her again and againa month agoGood cut and service but i wont be going back because the prices were ridiculous. I almost didnt leave a tip after. Prices were at least $5 more than other places but my usual spot was booked full.3 months agoSo me and my son checked in for our 8:30 appointment at 8:21 with the chick with the red hair and she told us to have a seat well 8:30 comes around and the person who was suppose to cut my sons hair took another client and told us we “were late” all they offered was to reschedule like tf???? No coupon for us being there on time and waiting???? We will never be coming back to this location ever again.
