The guy at the front desk was very personable and friendly and we felt instantly comfortable being there. The place is aesthetically pleasing as well. Prices are on point and his barber was incredible! All of the services I was seeing in there by everyone were fantastic and I was seeing nothing but smiling faces walk out of there. The nearly instantaneous confirmation provided date, time, address, name of barber, and price — all in a format that saved directly to my calendar. At the shop everyone was friendly, and my haircut commenced within two minutes of my scheduled time. My barber was professional and very attentive to my preferences. I was done right on schedule. Checkout was a breeze: just added a tip and tapped my phone. The whole operation seemed very well organized, and the shop setting itself was attractive. Free parking right outside the door. The guy on the phone was super nice, Daniel listened to my son and went above and beyond what other places have ever done. I now have tried both V’s in Tucson. The River Road facility from a customer service perspective is very poor. The Broadway location is superb. It is far superior to the River Road location., Great service, professional, clean and friendly. My barber at Broadway was Nainoa Butler. He paid great attention to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will go back and back again and again. Never again to River Road.a week agoPaid for deluxe beard trim and hair cut. The girl trimmed my beard unevenly, left long hairs on the top of my head and barely used straight razer. Not a happy customer. Charged $60 for something I have to go home and fix. Will not be back to this location.a year agoFirst time I’ve been there. Great experience. Brian did a great job on my haircut, also a real good job on my beard. Between the hot towels and massage I almost went to sleep. I will be back again, no doubt.

The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. I left the shop feeling extremely satisfied with my haircut and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Danny and this barbershop for a top-notch grooming experience!a week agoLiked the story behind this business and gave it a try. Disappointed. Paid 30% more here than other Barbers but I was thinking you get what you pay for, unfortunately not in this case. In N out in 20 minutes. When I’m trying to find a good barber I want to hear their ideas and this guy didn’t offer any ideas at all. I told him I was interested in the “classic” haircut like what is on their website. His response was “ahh ya, I don’t know what they put on there”. He was back in his seat watching TV before I was even out the door. Clearly not an owner of the business7 months agoThis place is amazing it was so very nice to be greeted upon entering and exiting. I felt very comfortable in this business. I have now changed all the kids over from true cuts where the environment was horrible and stagnant. I thank you for your wonderful service. 02/2023 Well this happiness quickly went sour. We started with a 25.00 cut for a 14-year-old, 28.00 for a 12-year-old, went back for the 14-year-old and it was then 30.00 lastly, I took my 10-year-old grandson, and it was 40.00. I called to question why it was so high, I was then hung up on, was in such disbelief that they would act in such a way. I guess they didn’t care about our business was planning on my son going next, but they burned that bridge. Back to the drawing board.2 months agoAbsolutely peaceful atmosphere, chatty but quiet. Everyone forms a relationship with their clients, they get to know their needs and work to satisfy every time. I have worked with Benny Sr for 2 years and have changed hair with the seasons, but he has stayed actively engaged in my cut. You need to schedule a day in advance, but they will always find a way to help. They all have slightly different styles, but every single chair has someone professional, timely, and creative working there.
