5 months agoEver since my friend recommended Mandy, who works at Fanatics, I have been going to this barber shop as my primary go to. Mandy has always taken my appointments, whether by walk in or appointment, she has never disappointed. My most important haircut was a walk in, which was on my wedding day, it was the best haircut she ever gave me, although her cuts are always good. The staff all around are very welcoming and friendly, even if they know I’m just there for Mandy. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a good cut and customer service! I’ve been going there for years and it has always been just the highlight of that week. I go twice a month and have “Mandy” as my barber! I have to say she is the best barber I’ve ever had in my 50 years on this world!!! lol!!! Always greeted with a smile and hello by the staff. Johnny makes sure people get treated with respect and made to feel like family. I believe in great customer service and so does Fanatics! That’s why I keep going back?! 3 months agoHad a haircut with Jonathan this past weekend. First off it wasn’t a bad haircut but it wasn’t what I asked for. First thing he did was spent around 5-10 mins working on my neck line and he never cleaned it up. I asked for a fade and he never faded it just cut my hair with the half I asked for on the sides. Nice enough guy but needs to work on his fades and cleaning up neck lines.3 months agoGreat professional barbers. Always in a good mood and most importantly very focused on their craft. I’ve never known a haircut meant for me and i can definitely say the advice i’ve been given was very useful. Iris is usually my barber and im always leaving the place with a smile on my face. This time my barber was Johnathan and i still got the same feeling walking out. a week agoYour haircut depends on who you get, but for $35 an appointment I should never have as terrible a haircut as I was given yesterday.6 months agoI’ve never been her so didn’t know what to expect but, the girl at the front desk asked if I had an appointment, I told her I didn’t and she said ok, we will have to wait for my mom, she’s out smoking. She walks in and asked how I cut my hair. I informed her that I wanted a low fade. Starting with a one. Another costumer came in with his children and while I was getting my hair cut the music was so loud I would have to ask them to repeat what they were saying numerous times. Not to mention it was rap music that was explicit. She asked her daughter to change the music to something else but she changed it to another rap station. With more foul and explicit language. On top of that gave me a high and tight. Not the haircut I asked for and even had pictures. Horrible experience. Good thing hair grows back but I won’t be visiting this poor establishment again.3 months agoI’ve been getting my hair cut by John for a year now. Since he went to Original Fanatics, it’ll be the only place I go to. Great people and great environment.

a week agoWorst experience here ever. I’ve been going here with my son for years now. Took my son to get his hair cut on 8/26/23 and Maddison was awful to both of us. She wouldn’t let me be with my 4 year old while he got his hair cut and was very rude to both my and my son. Maybe she gets nervous when someone watches her cut hair or maybe she just doesn’t like kids. I don’t know what her problem is but why in the world would you be mean to a little kid for no reason.4 months agoI have been a customer for 14 years, and Jess has cut my hair every time. Sure I have had to wait just like the others customers. But if you use the sign up list before you go there your waiting is limited. JESS is the reason I continue to use this salon all the staff is courteous and professional when looking to schedule a appointment, if she is not on that days schedule. I just wait and go at another day. I have bought products from there,and that’s the only minor issue, it’s pricey, but I may purchase a single item once or twice a year.
