in the last weekI visited this location this past Saturday morning as a walk-in. I got a quick taper from a barber whose name I didnt catch and it was just what I asked for! His chair was further to the rear of the shop and he had a full mustache and beard. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area!2 weeks agoLet the barber do his thing. Came out looking good and feeling fresh. Tons of compliments on the beard and mustache. They offer pretty much every service you can think of.9 months agoi have been getting my haircut lately at el patron and it is a great place, they are like family here and treat every customer with great care and always come through with the haircuts, i get my haircuts with barber ricky and he’s always a easy person and great guy to talk to!a year agoThere service is horrible. It took me 30 minutes just to wait for a hair cut for my son. My son was getting a hair cut while another barber was looking at nudes. The guy cutting my sons hair smelt like Alcohol. He didn’t understand what I was saying. I told him to point cut instead of cutting the hair how I told him to do it. he just cut the hair straight. Worst Barber shop EVER!!!a year agoWhat a great experience I had at El Patron Barbershop. My toddler is very impatient and his barber, Papu was very patient when cutting his hair cut. My husband also got a haircut with Papu and he looked very handsome. The location is very clean and all the staff has been very friendly and loving towards my kid. Thank you Papu for the excellent haircuts. I highly recommend him and the location itself.

4 months agoThis barbershop is great. Very clean, and everybody is nice and professional. You’re greeted when you walk in and when you leave. Brittany did my husbands braids and she was meticulous and kind. Zo did my son’s hair and he was patient; the haircut came out great. We will definitely use them again. Brittany is very professional and delicate when caring for my locs. She retwisted them neatly, was not rough at all, and she was careful with my edges,3 months agoFIVE ⭐️’s: So Last night I attempted to comb out my 15 year old’s self forming locs ? which ended up with me cutting them all off and him having a very horrible uneven haircut (very short in the back and longer up top) ? I called the Cutting Gallery this morning with my story and they told me to bring my son right in! ?? They assessed his hair, told us exactly what they would need to do to fix it and Craig executed the job! ?? I love my sons hair and so does he! I was so happy with the results & ALL the gentlemen in the shop were so cool, professional and helpful! Thank you Craig & Cutting Gallery! This is the best spot in South Florida! 2 months agoMy experience with Osman at the Cutting Gallery did not go well. First of all, I was recommended to this particular barber because my friend said he was good with kids. However, the meeting turned out to be a total disaster. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but I was not seen until 11:22 AM. Despite waiting patiently with my son, who needed a haircut for an upcoming vacation, the delay was frustrating.When it was finally time to be seated, I showed Osman a picture of an afro with a drop fade, indicating the style I wanted for my son. However, this is when the excuses began. Osman started mentioning that my son was active and the chosen haircut was very detailed. He expressed reluctance to take the risk of cutting my son’s hair, as he seemed to move a lot. I was taken aback by his hesitation and asked him directly if he couldn’t do the haircut. In response, he mentioned that he wasn’t trying to “diss me” and explained that he had noticed my son when we first walked in, which led him to ask who was getting the haircut.
My son was deeply distraught and saddened by this experience, but I had to reassure him that he would indeed get a haircut, just not from this particular barber shop. Thirty minutes later, I decided to go to a competitor barber shop where they cut my son’s hair with no issues. It was a relief to finally find a place where my son’s haircut could be done without any unnecessary complications.
In summary, based on my experience, I would not recommend Osman at the Cutting Gallery for kids’ haircuts. The delay, coupled with his hesitations and excuses, created an unpleasant and disappointing situation for my son and me.
5 months agoI’ve getting a low fade with Jason at the Cutting Gallery every few weeks since the shop opened, and I have to say, having him as my barber has been a GIFT. He even did my hair for my wedding, and I couldn’t have felt more beautiful. I can always count on a perfect cut, and the vibe of this barbershop is unparalleled. It feels so good as a woman to be able to walk in a barbershop and be completely at ease. Don’t hesitate to pop in here, soak in the art and vibes, and cut an amazing cut!5 months agoThis place is a vibe for sure. The atmosphere there is really cool very artsy and the music is very chill from the 90’s Hip Hop to old school dancehall & reggae classics. Everyone there is friendly and offers good customer service. You go there for a haircut or hairstyle/ treatment from stylist Brittney you will not be disappointed. Very good service, I look forward to my next appointment. From gentlemen to ladies to kids of all ages will benefit from all the services offered at this establishment.

a month agoI can’t express enough what a great experience I had at Open Chair Barbershop with my 4 boys. My husband and I recently moved to the area and haven’t been able to find a Barber Shop that fits for us. The hours of service fits perfect for our busy life as a firefighter and nurse with 5 kids and one on the way. I booked the appointment last minute and luckily they had availability. The shop is clean and smells good, there’s snacks and drinks and I love the hospitality the shop gives. The Barber put on a Jurassic park movie for the boys to keep them entertained. I appreciate the patience the Barber had with my 3 year old. My son is Autistic and it’s always a battle to get a decent haircut. This is the first time my son looks handsome with his haircut!
