2 months agoI’ve been a regular @ The Barbershop for at least 2-3 years and I am always, always encouraged and impressed by the amazing & incredible team that cares for me. The hospitality, genuineness, environment, quality, and service ~ all outstanding. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. This is my neighborhood Barbershop, and I do not plan on going anywhere else. Highly rated, highly recommended, highly restorative.2 months agoThey acted as if I did not make an appointment even though I got the text reminder telling me that I did. A girl named Vee cut my hair and it was a terrible experience. She was very rough with the comb and nearly poked my eyes several times. She also went too high with my fade and tried to explain it off as if I was exaggerating. She also went against my wishes to put her own touches into my fade which I asked her not to do. Now I have to style my hair to hide the terrible job she did. Not to mention that she cut the back of my neck. I made my reservation right on their website and I ended getting Veronica who is this manager and she did an amazing job. I looked like a scrub going in but she really cleaned me up. I 100% recommend2 months agoI’ve been waiting to post this feedback for a while, but after experiencing other services in Green Bay, I would like to put my sense out there in case you wonder about your service. I took my boys to this place for over 4 years, while they didn’t require a very detailed haircut, it was always someone new or the haircuts were very inconsistent and over priced. About two months ago, I took my teenager for his hair, the hairdresser was experienced and had cut his hair previously. He wanted to do something more well done than in previous years. She literally took 5 minutes to do his hair and it was all over the place. He was crying as soon as we got in the car. To make the matter worst, she said that she could retouch his hair the following day, if we wanted to! Nevertheless, the most disappointed $45 dollars I have paid. Thankfully, we now have an excellent barber who is professional, attention to details, and CHEAPER!3 months agoGot my hair straight razor by Kaitlyn a few times. 10/10 recommend. She is so easy going and makes the haircut an enjoyable experience. She does an amazing job and keeps you entertained!

2 months agoTasa did amazing work on a very difficult client. I haven’t been able to find a barber he will trust, but he begged to come back again for another cut for the entire ride home. If you have a kiddo that is very picky with how their hair is cut, I would recommend Tasa. Thank you for working so well with someone who wasn’t very sure of what they wanted and doesn’t do well of expressing their wants or needs. We will be returning!a month agoJust ask for Deion. If you need braids done this is a great place to get them done.4 months agoJustin over at stars west side of greenbay is one of the beat barbers I’ve seen. I have had haircuts all of the country and never have a had a barber so professional yet personable, he complements the shop’s already homely feel and makes it seem like you’ve know him for years while delivering a haircut so crisp you have to come back. 10/104 months agoJustin is on point. If you want that precise hair line, you got to see him. I guarantee you will walk out feelin so fresh and so clean. He is also likely going to make you laugh. I would advise when you ready to step your game up to go see Justin.

3 months agoWalked into the store at 12:50 after getting a text “ Batter up! You are next in line for your haircut. Please be in store so you do not lose your spot in line.” Got there and everyone was busy with cuts. Totally understandable. THREE ladies finish their haircuts with customers and cashier them out without even looking in my direction. One takes a picture with a guy and stands right in front of where I was sitting. Little rude but whatever not too worried. Finally by 1:15 after I get 0 recognition I’m even sitting there (I’m the only one sitting in waiting area) a nicer gentleman asks me “have you been here before? There’s a certain way to sign in” appreciated that and all, but I had to walk out. I felt I was a ghost sitting in a chair. Made my appt like I was supposed to. Tried smiling at the girls. They looked away immediately. I’m not one to give a bad review and I understand short staffed but if i would have at least been recognized within the first 20 minutes of sitting there I would’ve been a happy customer. Poor customer service. Sorry I didn’t know we had to sign in, it was my first time ever walking into a SportsClips.6 months agoAlex did an amazing job with me and my son today. Was very personable. The stylists are personable and helped cut my hair and my sons. Last time the stylist took a picture with my son and brought a lot of positivity to the experience.
